Great for the price
Really the only complaint I have is when on the lowest arch it doesn't seem very durable if your laying on it. Using in a seat works great. Feels so good to stretch your back!

Pretty good
Here's a riddle. The instructions say to only use it on a flat surface, but the images in the listing show a woman using it on a chair or the front of a couch while she sits on the floor to improve her posture. It can be used that way, but that's not what the instructions say to do, and then they even say using it other ways will void any warranty. Anyway, you want to know if it is any good. Well, the answer is yes. It's pretty good. The actual position of the arch on it does impact lumbar support, and it is a bit more sturdy than those netted hoops with cheap wire frames that I find bend & break too readily. This one has magnets, because like the Insane Clown Posse, some new age types don't understand how they work. I found them useless, since magnets have no real impact on the body, but are cheap enough to include. They're weak magnets. I tested them out on a paperclip & a pocket knife. If I was made of ferrous metal, it might mean something. The nubby spikes on them do help stimulate bloodflow as you gently shift on the device, making it good for relieving inflammation from blood settling. The silicone rubber strip is fine, but doesn't do much, really, I think. The cinch bag that comes with it is one of those cheap nylon ones that they used to give away 15 years ago. It's fine for if you want to carry things around, but it's not much of a perk. I advise you to shop around for this kind of thing & see what suits you for price & such.
