comfortable to use, doesn't slip often when using with chin ups. Although I have only tested with up to 10kg on (don't have the biceps and lats for big boy weights yet..)

Fits well and the chain is long enough not to be obstructive. Strong enough for most non-steroidal lifters, I should think.

The chain has rough/sharp edges that cause excessive wear to weights and clothing. Aside from that it works well.

What did i expect for the money, well maybe not as good a product as i received. The belt itself is probably made from compressed cardboard but to be honest that doesn't matter, the load is taken around the body so the strength of the belt when used for dips is not as relevant as a support belt used for squats.The belt is not too padded which means it fits close to the body, this minimises slippage which is something overly padded belts can suffer from. The material and stitching appear more than adequate although admittedly the belt has only been used the once as it has just arrived.The reason i have knocked a star off and again i am taking the very low price into account, is the chain. It looks strong and is certainly long enough but the surface is pretty rough meaning it doesn't flow through the metal hoops as well as some other more expensive belts, i wish i could give half a star as its close to perfect.

funciona muy bien y me llego sin problemas en pocos dias, se puede ajustar y de momento aguanta bastante peso
