Does what it says and it does say it will take a little time before you really start to notice and appreciate it's effect, a little patience necessary.Well made, being Panasonic, and has a good feel in the hand being not too heavy and not too light....the Goldilocks IPL. Admittedly I was sceptical at first but yes it really does work and does it well, too. I almost bought the 'Dont think so' and am now so glad I spent a bit more on this Panasonic. Worth having a little read of the instructions as it says that, depending on hair type, there is a short variable period of time before you really start to notice the effects of the IPL treatment and so be a little patient but it's worth the wait ....and ditching the razors and no more plucking my lip off, Brucie !!!

I ordered this primarily for the hair removal function but was also interested in the benefits of its facial rejuvenation function.I've been using this now for 3 weeks and I must say I've not really noticed a improvement when it comes to hair removal. I'm fair skinned with dark hair so would expect it to work well but so far no change. I'm going to keep at it as other reviewers have said it takes a while and maybe I was expecting miracles.I do however love the face program. I have skin that scars really easily so I had a few red marks on my cheeks from previous spots. After using the program every 3 days I have definitely seen a difference and the marks are not as obvious, so although the hair removal is not fab it's been worth it to help my facial scarring!

It takes a long time, so it does work but you have to be patient and read all the instructions etc. I decided to stick to shaving as I like fast results!

Does what it says it will do with ease.

For me it wasn't effective. There was a huge bright light, but it didn't actually remove any hair (despite my skin being pale and the hair dark). I followed the instructions carefully and found that really it's an expensive waste of time. Because it takes many weeks to build up to the full light level by the time you work out the product doesn't work it's too late for a refund!

This item over heated and burned my face. I have received a full refund and sent it back.

I have had this 3 months and the improvement is very good. It is very slow to flash on high power and I used 2 flashes each spot and then 3. So it took too long. I have heavy dark leg hair.
