Absolutely GUTTED! I love this item, but less than a month after purchase it has completely stopped working. The unit doesn't power on at all. In fact none of the buttons work. I thought it had just finally run out of battery (the life is pretty impressive), but even after fully charging it, it will just not turn back on again :(I have contacted the seller to request a replacement as I was really happy with the flosser.EDIT: I've increased my rating as the seller has sent me a replacement unit within 2 business days, really happy with their service :) Delighted to have a working flosser back as well :) .. hopefully the last one breaking within a month one a one off

 ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC FLOSSERMe and my family absolutely love this product.It came in a wonderful box well packed including an instruction book, a thank you card and two dental irrigators.Extremely happy with it, very easy and comfortable to hold while you clean your teeth.Easy to fill up the tank (150 ml capacity) by 2 ways -at the the bottom either you drain water faster of the tank or -by sliding the tank.Has 3 modes to operate and make you comfortable use the flosser 1 NORMAL, 2 SOFT, 3 PULSE. Personally I'm using soft one because of my sensitive gums but my husband is using the normal and pulse mode offering both of us the right and the pleasant way to clean our teeth for a clean and bright smile.Rechargeable lithium battery lasts for longer and 2 minutes auto-timer function help you do not waist energy.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as you get rid of the previous one we had used before.

 Well designed and very effective! There is a wide variety of products like that one however, I decide to buy the broadcare model and I don't regret it. The flosser is easy to use and set up, I have to say it certainly cleans well in between the teeth and various nooks and crannies. The different modes help you to protect your gums and after using it several times your mouth gets used to it. It comes with a spare nozzle.

An excellent product - works extremely well with a powerful needle like jet of water to clean effectively and floss between the teeth. It has a small water reservoir, but is refilled through a small hole in the base with an easy open waterproof flap. The advantage of the small reservoir is that the unit is not too large to hold or pack. I have found that a single charge lasts for a good week. Very impressive and good product.

Takes some getting used to. Have managed to clean teeth, face, mirror and neck while learning how to use it properly. Gets bits out from between teeth as promised. A tip if you have sensitive teeth - use warm water.

Bought this for my daughter as the dentist is concerned about her teeth and teeth cleaning routine. Never had the water flossed before, she has been using this for a few days, said she feels her teeth and gum are really clean as the flossed can clean the parts the teeth brush can’t reach. Will have to wait and see the results when she next time visit the dentist.

Don’t know what is wrong with these but the second one that has just stopped working despite being fully charged. So disappointing as functioned well when first purchased.

I've only had it a few weeks and the seal seemed to fail. I think it must've been porous and swelled as the back would no longer close with it. Without it it wasn't watertight and wouldn't hold water.However, I think the product is great and rather than send it back decided to find out what size seals it uses. It seems that there is no information on the seal size anywhere! So I bought a multi-size box of o-rings. I got about 270 for a fiver from a popular auction site.The seal size from my box that fitted is 7/16 x 1/16 (imperial) or 10.82 x 1.78 (metric). I've used 1 and got another 14 spare.So long story short - the seal is rubbish, but they're cheap to replace and aside from that its a great product. Seems like a decent amount of water pressure but I've not used an alternative to compare. If I accidentally broke it, I'd buy a replacement. I think if something went wrong with it electrricall/mechanically beyond the seal I'd reconsider.Hope this review helps someome.
