Harris Premier 730 3m Aluminium Extension Pole

I have to use masonry paint on a very difficult area to get to on the end of my house. I previously had two wooden poles nailed together with a brush taped to the end, which was not very easy to use. This product is superb and much easy to hold and you can adjust it to the length that you need. It is easy to adjust, but do not over tightened which I did and it was difficult to free up, but that was my fault. I taped a brush to the end and it was very sturdy. I wished I knew about this product before. The extension pole came from my supplier in a cardboard tube, if this is what you get yours delivered in, then I recommend keeping the tube to store it in.

It states on a sticker attached to the pole 'seriously Good' and I would echo that claim - very well made and no flimsy piece of nonsense. When fully shortened it measures 117 cm ( 122 cm with the cap attached ), telescoping fully up to 3 metres. I got it to fit on a 'Progutter' square line gutter cleaning scraper and that item's angle adapter attachment. All works well and there will be many other uses - with paint rollers etc. This will be very useful. Living in a bungalow I doubt if I'll ever require the full telescopic extension range but it is nice to know that it is available. I'm really glad that I chose this and not a similar product manufactured by any other company.Eamonn

Used this pole to paint a really high ceiling and wall in a bedroom. You have to be patient when cutting in, but if you use a small brush, you can make a good job of it. Good extension pole and reasonable priced. Use it with a McCauley extender.This pole should last a long time.

This extendable pole makes painting with a roller as easy as possible although it will always remain difficult to get perfectly accurate coverage compared to using a brush. It's a well made item which can be assembled within seconds and feels lightweight and comfortable to hold and remains steady whilst painting. I found the two metre length more than adequate to reach a standard domestic ceiling and had no need to use the additional extension. Be sure to use a good quality roller head and, most importantly, good quality paint to achieve the best finish.

Great durability & stability, good weight, not too heavy, easy to use, roller fit well and good value for money

A great bit of kit to reach my attic; no more wobbly ladders! However, it would be nice if the top gripper actually gripped...the top part of the pole slides in and needs to be pulled out again as the thing does not grip.The bottom one does, so at least there is something right. I have managed to paint with this and it works, but a gripper should grip methinks, so due to this fault I cannot give this product full stars.

Excellent quality, easy to extend and stays extended. Nice rubbery bits on to grip and open with. Substantial wide tube which is strong but light. I bought to use with pro gutter attachments which fit nicely. Can easily reach my bungalow gutters whilst standing on the ground. Well worth the price. Will be great for painting jobs too.

I used this to do my staircase which involved basically reaching two floors to roll the paint on. This is strong and not wobbly and worked brilliantly and got the job done a lot quicker than I thought it would. Fits all types of rollers and I found putting a small roller on to do the corners and edges worked better than the large roller. All in all very pleased with my work which couldn't have been done without this extension pole.
