Kuhn Rikon 22780 Piranha Y Peeler, Red

Its hard to get excited about a peeler but if you need to peel then this is probably as good as it gets. Very sharp, nice handle and most importantly, the peels really do not get stuck. A low-cost item but if you are looking for new peeler I would definately recommend this one.

No negative aspect at all! It is the perfect peeler to use for fruit & vegetables. I have two. I keep one specifically to peel tomatoes. The other one is for fruit and vegetables. It is so easy to hold and use and is incredibly sharp. It retains its sharpness for years. Highly recommend this product.

Great design, really good ergonomic handle. impressively sharp too. made quick and very easy work of even the hardest skinned veggies. Is also perfect for thinly sliced zest/peel of limes and lemons for cocktails. makes great ginger slices for cocktails or stir-fries too.

I’ve been buying a few peelers in the past few months, finally l found an excellent one!!!

Bought this (now a few years ago) as my favourite peeler broke. Had to get used to it, but now appreciating the thin slicing, good grip and decent quality plastic. Very pleased with it. It does slice making a lined/ striped pattern, this does not bother me, but is different from the run of the mill type peeler.

Bought one of these 18 years ago and it’s just as good as the day I bought it. This one was a present for daughter.

The Kuhn Rikon is a perfect peeler tool for the kitchen. It is sturdy and lays comfortably in the hand. Due to its shape it is also easily handled by toddlers (do mind the sharpness of the blade) so your lovely little kitchen wonder can help with cooking.Speaking of the blade. I've been using this tool for several years now and it still peels as good as when it was new. It's has outlasted at least 3 dishwashers. Had to buy a new one because we left it abroad in a vacation home.

Ich hatte viele "Peeler", einige waren gut, andere eine Katastrophe.Dieser funktioniert sehr gut. Nicht billig, aber für mich war er es wert.

Skalar tunna skal utan att gräva sig inBara en nackdel. Skyddsfilmen som var limmad på bladet hade väldigt klibbigt lim som inte släppte i diskmaskinen. Fick försiktigt skrubbas bort med diskmedel och tvättsvamp för att undvika risken att skära sig.
