My 6 year old nephew who LOVES trains really enjoyed this one. It looks very realistic, it is easy to put together, and it is helpful that it comes with 2 rechargeable batteries; the steam is a very nice touch as well.

The media could not be loaded. I got it for my son 6th birthday. It was easy to set up. Sounds like a real train. Even had seem coming out. I hated the connectors came off easy when moved.

My boys wanted a train set because their grandpa is a conductor. I ordered this set for them as a surprise and they love it. The train does require AA batteries but once you turn it on it makes cute sounds and pulls the other cargo trains around. What I found really cool is that in the instructions they provide you several ways on how to build the track. Some are more complex than others! I found the track to be very simple to snap together and the little cardboard cut-outs of the objects to make it more real were easy to set up. The train set literally came with it all. They wanted to have a train under our Christmas tree this year and this just was the perfect piece to add in. I as well had a train around my tree so I am excited to bring these memories to my kids. Really this is a nice gift for just about all boys at most ages and it will bring hours of entertainment. I haven't found any complaints yet.

Terrible purchase. Train is very small. It does not stay on the the tracks while it's on and the track constantly breaks apart. After a day of use the train no longer turns on. Returning item. Seriously disappointed. Save your money, do not buy!

The train is nice has the tendency to fall off the tracks on the curve. Also said they delivered it to another town even though they confirmed my address. I did receive the train set. I contacted them and never heard back. Was wanting to know how they could confirm my address then say it was delivered to another town. Makes me hesitant to purchase from them again.

Exactly what I was looking for. The card board cut outs are a bit flimsy, but the train seems sturdy and works well. The parts themselves are very detailed. It's louder than I thought and the steaming part is a cool additive because the kids have to wait for it to happen. Adds more fun to a train that's just going in circles. I do wish it came with more track pieces though.

This was the perfect size for under the Christmas tree. Smoke and sound works great. It can easily come off track with any type of bump because it is light weight. Easy assemble and extra battery included so u can charge one while the other is being used. Battery lasts for hours. It's a descent train for the price.
