Yes, an almost 4 years old would enjoy these eggspressions! My son liked to pick out the right eggspression along with the story. He also loved to try and stack them using the stand inbetween each egg.

2 year olds can appreciate it the toy, They are learning feelings so the eggs with books are a great way for them to identify them.

Do the egg cups fit in a choke tube? lol obviously not the eggs.

The egg cups do not fit in the test tube, and are not pliable enough to be folded in.
