Q5 3W Led 350 Lumens mini Flashlight Zoomable Torch AA

this is a powerful hand sized led torch with a zoom in option to focus beam for long distance . runs on 1x AA battery .only had this one a few days so can't speak for reliability but its of solid metal construction and fits into a jacket pocket with ease. I suspect shower proof but not fully waterproof.so don't leave out in the rain. battery life seems good. i use rechargeable type with no problems .this is my forth torch of this type. though not all from this manufacturer .they are all still working ok .but seem to disappear into the pockets and bags of my family. hence another purchase ..only downside is this one came from china and it took so long to arrive. I forgotten I'd ordered it. but to be fare it did give a long delivery date when ordered . so to sum up. great little torch. but not if you in a hurry for one

I was searching on amazon for something and I just thought I might look at the flashlights as there are frequent blackouts in my area. You know when you just search for something but you know you won't buy it anyway? Well, that was my thought until I saw this. I mean flashlight for £2 including the postage? Perfect. I wasn't expecting anything big but it really surprised me. First when I opened the package, I noticed the design which is amazing. This flashlight uses only one AA battery so again, I wasn't expecting much but its probably the best flashlight on the market for this price. Is powerful, it can reach a house which is about 150m from me and it lets you zoom in and out. Its about 9.5 cm long so it will fit nearly anywhere, so its exactly what I was looking for. Its perfect little flashlight.

This is the dogs...! It makes you want to ask how can they possibly do this for the price & send it post free as well. This leads you to wonder how much the little people actually making them are getting paid, so you stop thinking about it immediately & just go back to thinking how amazing it is. And it truly is amazing. This little torch is ultra bright & its focusing ability means it can light things up that are quite far away. I tested it last night. On narrow beam I could visibly light up objects that were between 80 to 100 metres away. This is crazy. Hey, do not look straight into the light! Seriously! You will have an afterimage for about 15-20 minutes. Yes, I was that stupid. This happened on the first day I owned it, so I am just offering some friendly advice.I strongly recommend this torch. It fits easily into your pocket or the palm of your hand. It has a belt or pocket clip. It is made of sturdy aluminium. It takes one normal AA battery so it is very cheap to run. Another superb feature is the colour of the light itself. It looks like daylight, so it doesn't distort colours. It is perfect for lighting up dark walkways/paths/steps,etc. It costs less than £2! Buy two! OMG, it would be perfect as a bicycle light! I think I just sold myself another one!

It took a couple of weeks to arrive, but aside from that I cannot fault this torch. It's very well made, very bright, and brighter still if I use the aa sized but more powerful batteries. :-DIncredible value too - It was precision milled from aluminium, fitted with a super bright cree bulb and electrical circuitry, a switch, a push-pull attachment and a magnifying lens, then sent from China via air mail and delivered to my door... for a total cost of £1.19.:-?That's less than the cost of two standard UK 1st class stamps. :-oI assume the manufacturers\ suppliers must still be making a profit from these, but I fail to see how that can be possible. I'm a very happy customer :-)

Good Points3 modes high low strobealways starts on highclicking less than 2 seconds will cycle modes.small not too bright perfect for my jungle of cables.RECOMMENDED - HIGHLY for the priceUPDATE 03/10/2016 - I have bought more of these from a different supplier because the original supplier was no longer listed.These new torches from seller goodchoice were of lower quality with a cold white light and longer and less well put together bought 5 only 3 worked. The Original seller was Tonjx store and i have ordered more from them in a different colour as black is no longer available.Therefore this review is based on MY purchase from TONJX STORE. i cannot comment on any of the other 20 or so suppliers of this item.

I'm impressed. For less than a couple of quid this is a great buy. OK there's no battery included but so what.Along with other reviewers, the difference between which battery is used makes a massive difference to the light output.Using a standard AA battery, the light output is super-bright, but if the 3.7v battery is used the light output is incredible; at least half as much again.The torch will also take the larger (in size) 3.7v Olight® 750mAh 14500 3.7v Protected Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries (available on ebay). Ot at least the 2 torches I bought did.Also considering the torches were shipped from China they arrive in a touch over a week.So all-in-all a thoroughly recommended purchase.
