I was very sceptical at first as the mattress arrived rolled up in a box which I didn't even think would be possible, so take care when taking off the plastic! However, for the price you can't really complain, we bought it for our spare bed in our house and as it is only going to be used for a night or two at a time I feel it was a good purchase. If you intend to use it more than this, I would recommend getting a mattress topper for extra comfort but then you might as well spend that bit extra to get a decent mattress.Overall, I am pleased with this buy as although it clearly states it is an 'economy budget' mattress, I was surprised at how comfortable it is.

I found picking a mattress off amazon pretty difficult, as everyone prefers different comfort levels. So I finally chose this one for my 11 year old daughter, hoping for the best.It came suctioned and in a average sized box, which was easy to store whilst I sorted her room. I opened the mattress and left it out for a couple of hours to stretch as it needed to flatten a little. My daughter absolutely loves this bed. She says she sinks into it as it is really soft, for me its a little to soft but it was great for her, she had a great nights sleep. would recommend

I am really impressed with this mattress! Needed a spare bed to stop me losing my mind when my lovely other half keeps me awake all night snoring!! LOL! But wasn't a lot of space in the spare room so a single bed it was!!! Came much quicker than the delivery info stated, so easy to just take out of the box, unwrap and stand back and it unfolds 'at great speed' before your eyes! I have slept in it several times already and can vouch for its comfort. Very happy Amazon shopper!

When delivered, definitely unpack it straight away if you want to sleep on it that same night. It took a few hours to stretch out and when it does, it was as if the mattress was never rolled up in the first place. I've had this almost 4 months now and still good as new. But I have added a 2" mattress topper so maybe that's clouding my judgement. If I could, I would have bought a mattress with memory foam included, just so I have 1 product to deal with rather than 2. However, I have saved a bit of money so if you want to as well and don't need particular requirements for your back, you can't go wrong with this mattress.

This mattress is really good for the amount of money you're paying, I just really wouldn't recommend you buy it on its own. My boyfriend and I bought it when we moved into our first place since we had so many big costs and it was great to find a cheap mattress. We bought it with the 2" Double Memory Foam Mattress Topper - 45kg from Memory Foam Warehouse® and it's all I could ask for, really. It's a bit bouncy so if you like a firmer mattress I wouldn't recommend it. All in all, it's good, you get what you pay for but I'm happy with it. We've had it for 4 1/2 months now and it's still like new.

I bought this when moving my toddler from her toddler bed to a single and didn't have much to spend. The price point is great and it didn't smell, even when first springing it out of its tight shipping position. The only downside for me is that it's very, very soft and springy. Boy, does my 2 year old love bouncing on it!! For a small child or as a guest bed, I would certainly recommend. Probably not suitable for regular use by an adult who prefers even semi-firm.

I don't know what people are expecting of a mattress for 30 quid but I am very happy with this product. It fits my double bed perfectly, it is thicker than I thought it would be for this price and hasn't dipped or anything in the month that I've had it. Admittedly, I have put a thin memory foam topper on it and now my bed is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. Excellent value. I only haven't given it five stars because it hasn't gone above and beyond what I expected.

This is a tricky one to rate. If used on a kids bed, it should be okay. However with adults within a short time, you begin to feel springs.
