Avene Skin Recovery Cream 50ml

I genuinely love this product. Was reluctant about it as I suffer from dermatitis, eccema and rosacea and I have tried soooo many brands (korean, european, USA..) with no positive results I was getting desperated to find something to stop the dryness and itchiness while not clogging my pores and I finally found it.I use it after tretinoin too - which I never thought I could use - and honestly I'm not looking back to any other moisturiser. My redness and dryness are gone, it doesn't break me out and my acne is finally disappearing.The dispenser is a bit tricky but if you squeeze it gently you don't end up wasting the product and the cream is not sticky and absorbs fast.Every skin is different but I would give it a try because the ingredients are so simple that if you suffer from a hyperreactive skin like mine is difficult to go wrong with it.I haven't finished the tube and I have already order more to stock as they have it on sale.

My skin also is not taking the Lockdown very well ;) it’s was red and couldn’t had any cream ... my face was on fire then I remembered that Avene saved my skin last year so am Please to report that skin is back to normal ....I usually will use it for 3 weeks max then back to normal skin routine ... for me it does the trick ....I recommend this cream if your face can’t accept your usual day or nigh cream ..

Used the skin recovery cream for years (not the Rich formula which is too heavy for me.) I have mild eczema mainly on my face and this is the only thing that keeps the itch and dry skin 100% at bay.

I like luxurious, wonderfully fragranced, rich moisturizers with interesting state-of-the-art anti aging & nourishing ingredients....my skin, regrettably, doesn’t. Not a bit. I’ve ditched more expensive deluxe moisturizers I care to admit. My sensitive skin likes simple, unfragranced, boring and basic moisturizers like this one. Given the ingredients list, this basic moisturizer should cost pennies, but for my hypersensitive skin it is a godsend. It does moisturize my dry skin well during the warmer months, it doesn’t break me out, and I really appreciate the sterile delivery system, which also avoids the need for problematic preservatives.. Does it do anything amazing for the skin? No. It hydrates dry skin, works nicely under foundation, doesn’t cause irritation and that is it. As for “skin recovery”...meh, that is a flexible term open to interpretation. If a moisturizer or other facial product temporarily upset your skin, this likely will soothe it ( but so would leaving your skin alone and just plain, cool water. Problem is, plain water won’t moisturize dry skin). It’s basically water, mineral oil & glycerine. Oddly, I did not get on with the “rich” version of this cream. Instead of being MORE moisturizing - as the name would imply - my skin felt less moisturized as with the standard version.I use it as a daily, lightweight moisturizer and top it with a heavy cream ....like their “cold cream”... during the very cold months or on winter vacation.

I really liked this moisturiser, I have very sensitive and dry skin, this product worked well and within a week most of the dryness was gone. The price is reasonable but I wish it would come in a slightly bigger tube, but would definitely buy again.

I have been using this cream for a while. It helps my skin to stay soft and looking vibrant. Texture not too thick or greasy. Just right for my sensitive skin.

Love the skin recovery cream and have been using it for the past year but this time I was sent the wrong product. Would have kept it but it's 40ml instead of 50ml so I get less of a different product for the same price.
