I would assume so but depends on what context suppose. It’s like Vaseline but In a stick. Tends to survive when drinking water etc but if swimming I would not know! However I could not see why not due to it’s close nature to Vaseline but more solid

I looked on my packaging , no mention of any stars only SPF 30. sorry
