Very good USB OTG adapter.You can get smaller ones, even ones without a cable.The problem with an adapter without a cable (essentially two types of USB sockets connected together) is that when you connect a USB flash drive to it you could damage the connector (the small one) connected to your phone\tablet or damage the phone itself if it gets knocked.This doesn't happen with the TECHGEAR adapter above.You connect the small plug to the phone\tablet and your flash drive to the larger plug (actually a socket) and there is no resulting side to side (left to right) pressure on the small socket so less likely to cause damage to the phone\tablet .Highly recommended adaptor

The item arrived quickly and well packaged. I was using this with a HTC smartphone and it worked perfectly and was compatible with my phone as described.It connected to a wired XBOX 360 controller and a standard wireless mouse without flaw, it ran smoothly and lag free.It has a nice appearance and is very lightweight and compact so will not be obstructive as it will easily fit into your pocket or in my case a VR headset as the wire was thin enough to fit through the gap designated for charging and earphones.Unfortunately after a few days of usage the usb receiver slot came apart from its shell. I suspect this was due to not enough glue being applied rather than a design faultI contacted the company and explained my problem with the supplied pictures and they gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the broken item.For this reason I will give the item 4/5 stars, The item worked flawlessly when it was working and the way the company dealt with my issue was excellent so do not be afraid if you perhaps get a faulty item like me as the company will make sure to resolve the issue.If you found my review helpful I would very much appreciate it if you could please click on the yes button below in order to increase visibility to help others make a decision.

This adapter cable for my Lenovo Yoga 8 tablet is perfect. With a micro usb (for the tablet) at one end and a female usb connection at the other. Makes transferring files, photos etc to/from usb flash drives an absolute doddle. A gift at the price.

I order this for my Lenovo TB-8505F Tablet and it doesn't work my USB doesn't register on it which means it's useless.

Does the job and is very useful, but the micro usb has already become a bit wobbly after only about a week

Excellent product!! It is just the best gadget I could get for my Lenovo Yoga 2 !!! Really good to connect a flash-drive, keyboard, mouse.. I think it recognizes everything. I was surprised as my tablet is android and I was afraid there could be some linking problems with the devices and the system!
