Love these for when I have a headache or migraine, they work very quickly and give instant relief and because of the sticky back they stay on so you can move around with it still in place, very cooling and relieving and would recommend

These are very good for migraines and strong headaches. Personally, work very well for me. Easy to use, a strong cooling effect. Fit well on the forehead. No noticeable smell

I don't suffer from migraines so I can't say whether they're good for that, however the heat makes me very unwell due to other health problems. I found these to be super helpful in making me feel better and cooling me down. I had fallen asleep with one on my forehead and found it to still be cool when I woke up! the cooling effect lasts a good while, and its size is perfect, it covered my forehead perfectly.

Unfortunately a sufferer of frequent haedaches, especially in the hot weather; I hate taking too many pain killers so tried out these gel pads. They do work well, but seemed to heat up on my overheated brow too quickly. I did find however, if I removed the pad, placed upright on a clean surface and waiting a few minutes, the pad cooled down again, ready to reapply. You are limited to how many times you can do this, as the adhesive does begin to lose it stickiness eventually.So yes they do work well, but I could do with many more than just the four pads in a box; perhaps I can buy larger packs. Certainly a great, and more natural way for dealing with bad headaches, worked for me.

I have lost count how many times I have bought these, must be hundreds. I have my whole household using these, great for migraines, headaches and fevers. Wouldn't be without them and always keep a stock in my house and keep topping up when running low as 100% don't want to run out.

Absolute game changer!There are four sheets in a box- but two sheets per packet inside the box, so make sure to fold the packet over as it instructs to keep the other one fresh. Aside from that, this product is honestly a game changer and I've already purchased more to keep in the cupboard, and suitcase for holidays abroad!Easy to use, easy to dispose off with no mess. You just take one out of the packet, close the packet up, and peel back the clear strip from the gel sheet then apply where needed - I did forehead.I've had a headache for about three straight days now due to a nasty tonsillitis infection/ temperature, and nothing has really done more than taken the edge off it slightly. And then these arrived and they have surpassed my expectations massively! Literally relief from the very minute I applied the patch! Not a bad or strong smell, but definitely a menthol type feeling? A good size for forehead application. They look like you're wearing a forehead patch, as expected! Stayed cool for over an hour, but others have had different experiences with this.

I had this banging migraine and unable to go to sleep so I decided I would try this out. It was definitely cold but didn't make the banging migraine go. It was nice and cold . I don't think it's suitable for migraines as It didn't go away. It was also quite comfortable, I was worried I was going to be sticky with the gel but nothing stuck at all.I also don't like you get 2 in 1 packet I would prefer if everything was individual
