Katz Dancewear Portable Black 2.0 Meters Long Fitness Practise Dance Ballet Barre BB01

I purchased this for my 12 year old daughter to practise ballet at home during the COVID-19 lockdown. It’s very good quality and does not look cheap and flimsy. It's sturdy but not overly heavy (can be moved with ease by two people). The barre height adjusts up and down easily. Unlike some of the other barres, it is tall enough for my tall daughter (5ft 6) even when not on the highest level. The only negative is that it wobbles a small amount (it took a few tries when setting it up to reduce the wobbling) which is slightly annoying. But this could be due to the carpet it's standing on and if rested on a flat, hard floor things might be different. I would still definitely recommend to anyone looking for a barre.

I ordered this to practice at home during lockdown then take to the studio after. I put it together myself in about 10 min. I love the fact the length comes in 3 pieces so it can fit in my kitchen with 2 but can add extra when it gets to the studio. Pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it is for a portable barre. I highly recommend for home or Studio use

Heavy duty, sturdy ballet bar.It's been used and moved around since December with no issues.

The portable barre arrived swiftly, but a plastic handle had been damaged in shipping. Katz Dancewear replaced it without questions. The barre is well made, easily assembled, and entirely suitable to purpose. The base is heavy, so it is fully usable for leg stretches, etc. Fully dissembling it would take some time, but breaking it into its two legs and barre for storage is quick. Overall: excellent product and excellent service, highly recommended.
