Didn't expect it to be so big. For the price think it's a bit cheaply made. No clips to keep the dome down if you need move it. (So you have to pick the whole think up from the base) like the step idea as it dose help with litter mess. It's an okay product for the price but dose have some faults

A year after purchasing and still love it. Keeps everything neat and tidy. But you need a spare corner or undercounter space to put it.Cats have no issues using it from day one. The smells do come out of it. But we control them with great ultra clumping (grade 5) cat sand from pets at home (own brand)...Together they make a brilliant cat loo! Would not choose any other combination.As I said a year down the line and this still looks new. I don’t use the liners, but keep the cat sand topped up.

My cat is ok with it... but it does not do the job it was advertised to do... which was to keep litter from the floor. What actually happens is, that not only does it still come down to the floor, but it stays on the steps, therefore i have to clean the steps several times a day! My Persian Cream always has very solid stools, so it is only the litter on his paws that cause a problem, so now i have the floor and the steps to clean! It is also extremely large and occupies a massive space.

A great cat litter box which my cat took too straight away. Definitely helps with the cat litter being moved out of the box on his feet. I put it on a mat too which helps. Sometimes a bit of a pain lining up the lid on the base after emptying, it seems a bit smaller on the top so I have to pull it out to get it too fit but apart from that all good! Quite large so you need space width and height.

The 1 problem we have is that our kittens keep pulling out the filter so we can' t use it, if filter had plastic surround and more secure would have been better.

This is a great product ..our two cats are 6 & half yrs old and we have just started on our fourth one...we are buying this one to keep ..in case they are not around in a year or so ...we would never change it unless they stop making this style...GREAT BUY
