Life changing.
These are amazing. I've tried a few probiotics following crippling stomach pains and various food intolerances. These work. I take 2 a day and i can eat whatever I want. No bloating no stomach aches. I don't know what makes them different from other probiotics, maybe it's the number of probiotic strains or live cultures , but they're from anything I have tried.

Honestly...not the best
I've tried a bunch of probiotics relating to gut health in the last year, and this has been my least favourite. I noticed I was bloated much more frequently on these probiotics (similar to how my bloating was before i started probiotics) and in my opinion there are much better options than this one that are better priced. Bio-Kult are still my favourites and I will be returning to those.

Arrived dead
The reviews looked really good for these. It arrived much earlier than expected from US to UK. These dont work. Probably because they were not cold when arrived. Im so gutted!

I noticed a difference within a week. No more unslightly discharge. Digestion seems better as well.

I had to give this away as I can’t have iodine.. surprised that it’s meant to be a probiotic but the other things are added to it which I don’t need

Have been using these for a while and can say that these probiotics are the best ones so far and they do their job. Best part is you can take them when traveling and no need to be refrigerated. Love it!
