Liquitex Professional Matte Varnish, 237 ml

I have been using with Tesco with my first time. It’s very good for white on canvass before I will do art.

A brilliant product used on resources for EYFS children

This gesso is one of the best I've found. Liquitex is a lot darker and thicker than most. My only criticism is that it smells really strange, never had it before,quite strange. Works perfectly well though. I had 2 bottles and haven't opened the second one yet so will be interesting. Otherwise a good quality product for the price.

Goes a long way,as i use it on large canvases easy to apply & dries quickly .not completely matt finish.still has a slight sheen,so if you must have totally matt look elsewhere

Good craft product

I needed a Matte Vanish that was good for acrylic painted models. While its not as matte as the paint it was just about ok. If you do not shake it well it will come out like a gloss, and with a shake its more like a dull statin. You do need a little paint thinner and then you can spray it with ease with a Airbrush.

Bon vernis. Ne pas en mettre une couche trop épaisse, cela laisse une epaisseur blanche .

Mes peintures doivent être "protegees" je dois donc les vernir. J'aurais préféré un satiné mais ça semble impossible à trouver

Fungerar, både på acrylfärg och lösningsmedelfärg. Vit mjölkighet kan uppstå, försvinner då lacken torkat.

i love the liquitex brand, this is a great water based varnish (which means soap will clean it up). it definitely requires some practice and a large, decent, smooth brush for even coating. i have a 1 inch brush and even for an 8x10 it feels way too small. if you are looking to keep the vibrancy of your painting i would suggest satin or gloss (i prefer satin, as it's 'glossy' but doesn't reflect much light to give off a glare)

A large part of it was a solid block inside the liquid. Even after long mixing, hard particles remained in it. Still applied it on a canvas, but it is impossible to apply it uniformly. It ruined the painting.
