Was the tube sealed under the cap when you received it? Because mine wasn't. I wonder if this is standard or I should return the item as not hygienic.

I emailed Welda about this and they said they don’t seal it. I asked about tamper safety since the box isn’t sealed either, they said ‘they’ve not had any problems so far’. Don’t know how they’d tell there’s been problems, AND they safety seal their body wash. Have stopped using now because this makes no sense.

How do i contact weleda, the seller? i have ordered it in december and it’s apparently been delivered but i actually have not received it.
