ASUS Cerberus Arctic multi-colour LED backlit gaming keyboard with splash-proof design and 12 macro keys (UK Layout)

I bought one but I immediately returned it because I was sent the UK layout version instead of the US one, even though the product description and the box depicted the US version, which was strange. However, for the brief time that I had it, I noticed the following:Pros:+ Looks great! LEDs are really clear and bright; colors are as shown. No complaints there.+ I opted for non-mechanical to avoid the noise, and this was indeed quiet and comfortable.+ It also claims to be splash-proof which I did not test, but I must admit it would have been useful for me.Cons:- I do not live in California, but the manual referenced that this keyboard used materials that California's Proposition 65 considers to be toxic or carcinogenic, and went as far as suggesting to "wash hands after use". As someone who eats, drinks and practically lives on top of a keyboard, I cannot even consider washing my hands each time I use my computer before I touch anything else, so this made me a bit alarmed.- The CERBERUS logo beneath the keys is also lit when you turn on the LED lighting and it is too bright, annoying and distracting because the letters are close together and all of them light up like a flashlight. If I had kept this keyboard, I would probably have taped this logo over to block its light.- The letters/numbers/symbols on the un-lit keys are transparent/dark gray (on the black version), in order for the LED lighting to look nicer, so, until you light it up, you cannot really see what they say. For people who use their computers non-stop and have memorised each and every key, this is fine, but this could be problematic for someone who still looks at the keys before they type.Dear ASUS, can you please make a new version of this cool keyboard without using Prop.65 chemicals, and with the option to turn off the logo at the bottom? Thank you!

FEELS amazing! Colours are really nice. This is the perfect gaming keyboard.

Good solid keyboard and does what it says. Nice touch to have two custom colours as well as the other 7 preset colours.A good long lead to the PC as well in a nice white colour so easy to distinguish from the other cables.I haven't messed with the macro keys yet but for the rest it's exactly what I was looking for.

love it , looks the part for my VR rig . Just a shame about the key switches used , i would have happily paid more for some cherry ones

Was extremely time consuming to figure out how to configure the RGB lighting. The keyboard RGB lighting effects can be controlled directly on the keyboard (see FN buttons see manual) or via an ASUS utility which does not recognise the keyboard in Windows 10 64-bit (very disappointing). The ASUS support website provides a quick-start manual that explains using the RGB utility which again is not support in Windows 10 64-bit. You really need the full-manual but where it explains how to use the on-keyboard RGB controls.Shame the keyboard looks good and the mechanical keys are very impressive, but all ruined by extremely poor driver support. Surprising for ASUS especially when you pay more for a big brand.

Fantastic quality especially for the price point.

Good keyboard for the price. It gives me balance for gaming and working. Nice lightning. Cheap feel.
