Mostly happy only 2 little issues
Generally happy with this shed & the company. I was called to be told when it would be delivered & the delivery chap was lovely - it arrived when I was told it would. The shed itself was exactly as I had expected - my only complaints are that 2 of the screws were too small for their purpose (no biggie - we just used washers so they didn't disappear) and the instructions could do with some of the steps being set out better. For someone who is savy at DIY this is probably easy to put together. For someone who isn't, my advice is read the instructions carefully from start to finish before you begin. Putting it together is definitely a 2 or 3 person job.

Had to be creative when fitting the windows in - ...
Had to be creative when fitting the windows in - the instructions didn't work for this part of the build. Some gaps in between wood pieces that we wedged small bits of wood into so that the inside didn't get wet when it rain. The external hinges are being swapped for more solid interior ones and I've weatherproofed inside and out to make the wood last longer in case of any leaking in the future. The catch to keep the door shut is just a bit of metal that swivels over the door to keep it closed - I think I expected something a bit more secure, something I could attach a lock too but I will be putting in alarms anyway. Apart from that it will serve its purpose and free up some space from the cupboards inside my house.

Poor customer service
For the price this shed isn't bad and was fairly easy to erect. The felt isn't the best quality but will probably last a couple of years. The issue I had was that the perspex window sheets didn't fit the apertures on the shed panel. They were quick to rectify this problem by sending out more sheets within a week.I was told on the phone that the window apertures were the wrong size and not the perspex, so I tried to contact again to see how solid this was going to be and whether the warranty was OK but had no more replies. The customer service leaves something to be desired.

My purchase of a 8x6 Apex overlap shed
the delivery was prompt and the courier very polite and helpful .However the shed itself was far from easy to erect , nothing like on you video :the instruction leaflet was for a 8x4 ,not a 8x6 shed ,so we had to buy extra roof felt , the worst problem was the door ! Instead of being a 2-section door it was just 1 section and furthermore it was made from lapwood , NOT planks like your pictures show and there fore extremely difficult to fix to the shed .My husband phoned your office on Monday ,21/9 ,morning for advice but got nowhere, very disappointing !

I have found the quality of these sheds very good for the price so no complaints from me
This is the second one I have purchased. These are probably the cheapest 8x6 timber shed available. I have found the quality of these sheds very good for the price so no complaints from me.These are the budget end of sheds, because mine are only used for storing garden tools they are more than adequate & I have had no problem with water ingress but because they are ship-lap rather than t&g expect some gaps & warping also it won't keep the bugs out.. On the minus side I suggest the follow improvements. Upgrade the roof felt as the one supplied is very thin & will only last a few years, ditto the acrylic glazing easily blown out by strong winds, you may also need a door handle, a hasp & staple plus padlock if you need to lock it.

Underwhelmed
Although delivery was brilliant, delivery man was a star (considering he was on his own) the shed itself has splits where its been nailed together in panels, screws were useless and kept snapping, the blocks that have to be removed were nailed in so deep, no matter how carefully you damage wood, the quality is not what I expected but it's up, it'll do the job and not about to dismantle and return, lesson learnt, check everything before putting together

On tine delivery average product
This shed took two people 4 hours to build. Everything was supplied but the workman ship on some of the panels left much to be desired. The shipping blocks had been nailed in which when extracting caused damage, why simple screws were not used I do not know. Window glass was badly stained and needed significant cleaning. A number of nails in the panels were exposed and could cause injury, but we did end up with a usable shed.
