Get quite hot but not for long enough
I was hoping they would stay hot longer but 8 hours is the max I got. Easy to stick on but some were a bit lumpy. The rest were ok, overall it helped relieve my back pain, I changed them morning and night.

They get extramly hot!
DO NOT PUT DIRECLY ONLY SKIN OR USE FOR PERIOD PAINS ON THE SKIN. These get very hot and you don't realise it. I peeled my skin off with it after 6 hours 😐 I didn't read the box... Do not put on your skin. Um yer my own fault given 5 stars as they are great for back pain over a top.... Just don't be silly like me and slap one on your womb 😒
