I wanna dye my hair a little more then just the tips it’s dark brown but also pretty thick how do you think I would need?

If you’re only doing the tips 1 should be more than enough. My hair is dark brown & I used 1 for the whole head. I have short hair. Obviously long hair would probably need 2
