I bought this to use in the phone holder in my Model 3 after trying several other leads.The leads connect to the USB port in the centre console then clip into the phone holder so your Android device can be charged while being held in place.The shorter lead isn't long enough for this task but the longer one is (albeit with lots of excess tucked away) so it would be great if the manufacturer would list a two-pack of long leads instead of one of each.I've no compaints though as the short lead is being used to connect the usb drive for sentry recording.

I needed a new USB a to C cable to use my phone in the car with Android Auto, as the port on my phone is now over 2 years old and has started to get loose - most cables just fall out straight away.This cable was ideal. Buy this cable if you have a DJI Mavic Air. This cable stops the lag in video you get with the standard cable. My video at 4k now is spot on. I use a Samsung s10 with the drone, I was thinking of selling it because of this issue, im glad i didn't now. This is a well made cable, you won't be disappointed. Thanks.

Ordered a USB-C, got sent the Apple variant. Item was ordered on prime for next day, arrived a day late. Cable seems to be good quality, but I'll never get to use it as I'm an android user.

Needed a cable to connect to my USB extension cable to shoot tethered from my Fujifilm X-T4. I have a new car that allows you to connect your phone within the armrest, but apparently the car makers haven't seen a modern phone as there is only just enough space to have the phone plugged in with the armrest down! After a few weeks the armrest pushing on the cable made my phones USB socket loose, and stopped connecting to the car properly.This was the solution, it gives that few more crucial millimetres of space that allows phone, cable and armrest to exist in harmony. Sadly the socket on my phone is still loose, but this has stopped the problem getting worse, and it will save my next phone from suffering the same fate.

Works great in the car. There's a small USB charging port behind a built in phone cradle. This works well to charge a phone whilst using as satnav or hands free in the car and saves trailing a cable up the front of the dash making things look messy.
