Works great. Very sturdy. A good value.
I have had my walker for a few days now and so far it has worked great. It maneuvers easily and it is made sturdy enough so that I feel steady and secure when using it. Brakes hold on hardwood, tile, or carpet. There is some assemblage to do, but it went together easily. There are assembly videos and an instruction manual. If you have mobility issues, I would say if you are mobile enough to use a walker, you should have no problem with the assembly. I sat on a chair, pulled the parts out of the box and onto the floor, and put it together sitting down. It is light weight and easy to handle. I would buy it again.

STURDY, SMOOTH, EASY TO TRAVEL
I researched a lot of walker types before this purchase and I must say I am SO pleased with this purchase!!It was extremely easy to assemble, the design is compact and light enough for me to fold and load into the car on my own, and it fits right behind my drivers seat and back seat easily. It provides a very smooth walk with the design of the wheels. It is sturdy and comfortable to use. The hand grips are comfortable as well. It goes well onto bumpy parking lots and provides security that you are safe walking. It even has a large pouch for storing any items. It has hand brakes for security in walking down sloping terrain and an extra part you can put your foot on to help tilt the walker over a curb or step. Another great feature is the seat. It is smooth and comfortable to take a rest when needed.I absolutely could not be happier with this walker and I highly recommend it!!

Well made, quality and good warranty.
This was perfect except the seat is not comfortable, too small . I weigh 255 and it will never fit a weight limit of 300 pounds. Seat could also use more cushion or padding . Hurts the back of the legs. Very nice walker but really wanted larger seat. Reordered the next size up in same brand. I really hated to send it back as I am handicapped and so hard for me to do returns, especially when there is weight and size to deal with. It is very easy to maneuver in the house ,turns easily and helps me feel secure when I walk.

Good but heavy
I bought this for my mom because of the larger front wheels. It's a good, well built rollator. Not to difficult to put together. It folds easily but is heavy to pick up and place in the car. My mom would not be able to so on her own. It takes up as much space as her older walker so it's not space saving either.

Just assembled my new Helavo Sturdy rollaar/walker--VERY Pleased!
This is a very sturdy rollator walker. Delivered yesterday and assembly was very easy once I got all the pieces oriented correctly. It was a bit cumbersome as all major parts were connected via brake cables. However, once I got that figured out, everything went easily. Brakes were set correctly and no adjustments were necessarily other than setting handle and back rest heights. The construction is very substantial and is quite heavy duty. I like the design and expect that it will provide good, long service. The only thing lacking was a cup holder. However, I was able to adapt one from my previous unit , so all is good. That would be nice accessory to either include or include in the package. Very pleased with the design and purchase at this point.

Helluva Helavo
Yep. I said it. And I got it at a great price. I hate needing to use it, but this is sturdy, easy-rolling, comfy to sit on, large wheels (with excellent brakes). It's a bit heavy (compared to cheap ones), but it folds with one hand and is no problem to get into the car.

I'd love to be able to rate it higher.
There were no assembly instructions in the Box. The bolts for the left front and the right front wheels were at least a quarter inch too short. I asked for a replacement item but I don't hold out much hope that it'll be better. What really irks me is people that are ordering this equipment are typically handicapped. So it was an effort to assemble this item you have to assemble the rest of the product because the brakes are tied in along the rod that goes along the side and goes down the front. So when I finally got to the left and right front and realized it I was really pissed. This should not be happening, particularly in this kind of product. So now the handicapped person gets to box it up and ship it back. The price was nice, but the rest of the experience was for crap. Order at your own risk!

Works well on different surfaces - paved roads, sidewalks, floors and rugs, and grass.
Video made it much easier to put it together! Remember to click the seat in place after you open it up, before you start walking. If you don't click it, the rear wheels will get out of line. Hand grips could be a bit more comfortable but the width of them gives better wrist support. I use the rollator for walking outside when my sciatica pain starts to severely limit my walking, as I am trying to continue walking 10,000 steps. If you keep track of your steps and distance walked, calories burned etc. using apps on your phone and also have a watch that has health and activity apps that is synched to your phone, do not wear the watch on your wrist when you use the rollator. Since you are holding the rollator handles and not swinging your arms while walking, steps, distance, calories burned etc. will not be recorded. When I use the rollator tomorrow, I will put the watch in the same pocket as the phone and see if that works as well keeping the watch at home.
