50822 150 Mm Stainless Steel Ruler

Ordered 2 x 30cm Rolson rulers and 1 x 15 cm Rolson ruler. One of the 30 cm rulers was perfect, the other was not cut cleanly on one end leaving a dangerous sharp piece of metal sticking out. It was also bent. The first 15cm ruler was not cut straight at the 0cm/0in end - see photo top where it's crooked when lined up against the larger ruler. They sent me a replacement one - see photo bottom - less wonky but still not straight. If accuracy is what you're after - it's what I was after - avoid Rolson. Ruler! You had one job!

This ruler is very sturdy but the edges are much sharper than other similar rulers we have had. My teenage daughter sliced her thumb when taking it out of her school bag.

I bought this ruler for a project involving a craft knife, however upon opening the packaging and examining it I realised that it was too filmsy for my purposes and I would have to return it. Also, there was some discoloration on the ruler which further made me reluctant to keep it.

Like the Title suggests when i seen it i had a little chuckle to myself. This rule is about 15mm in width and approx 1mm thick (very flimsy) it is certainly not for industrial use. The one i recieved had a very old discoloured look about it, but for the price what can you expect?. This rule should be sold as, for 5 to 8 year olds. And I have given mine to my 7 year old grandson. Sorry Rolson = FAIL on this item!

Not cut correctly, ruler starts over 0.5mm from zero so can't get an accurate measurement butting up. Markings are also weak, terrible compared to my Marksman ruler. Will keep it as a straight edge, but for measuring, quality control is too poor.

The accuracy of trimming on the end of the ruler is poor. I bought two, and both were bad. If you want a ruler that starts at exactly 0mm, don’t buy this one. Otherwise fine.

We buy engineers metal rulers so that the length is accurate from the flat edge, but the metal has been cut short, eating just under 1mm from the scale, meaning measurements are not accurate.

Perfect for messing small things, like ants and nutritious breakfast grains. Not very good for measuring very large things like yachts, elephants or the distance to Jupiter. Measurements are accurate and easy to see.

not polished good. I would say just scratched, somewhere deep, somewhere light. Generally for this price it is possible to get the best stationery possible.
