Full feature 1080p front and rear dash cam for half the price of comparable cams
One of the most fully featured dash cams for the price, it's also small, so it doesn't get in the of your vision much. The 1080p front and back makes the video quality very good. No internal storage at all, so you need a good microSD card (I would recommend class 10 or better). I opted for a 64Gb card, which will give about 3-4 hours at least of video, front and back, in superfine, before it loops. Lots of options for configuring set-up, including flipping front or rear cams if you need to, turning on GPS speed stamping if you want to (off by default). Gotta read the manual to get the most out of the controls, but will mostly look after itself. I like the extra wireless button you can mount anywhere to make it capture a photo (front and rear simultaneous).Note. When I tried to power it from my PC or a USB mains charger, the cam wouldn't stay on properly, but works perfectly in the car with included charge cable.Note: The codec used is probably not installed by default on your computer, but you can search for "K-lite codec pack" which is free and does the job, and includes a good video player (I found the Windows Media Player decoding a bit flakey).

Great camera and picture, not so great mounting solution and the cigarette plug works its way out after awhile.
This camera has already saved me once! It also gets to record some pretty crazy things that occasionally get shared. I like this this is a full 1080P camera that records 30FPS on a loop. The camera was easy to install and I've had zero issues out of the back camera. The front camera however has issues with the sticky pad that that after a couple weeks would cause it to fall off more than once a day and left me resorting to having to shove it into the headliner which has caused further issues with the power cable and connector. The menu also leaves a bit to be desired as I have somehow managed to cause the camera to not respond to the remote though I know it is toggle-able. I would absolutely buy this camera for the money invested but be prepared to come up with another mounting solution for the front camera. The other thing that's mildly annoying, though I also have a fix for, is the cigarette plug walks out of the outlet periodically which caused the camera to power cycle quickly when the power is intermittent. I have the parking guard option I just have yet to install it because I'm switching cars soon.Bottom line is I'd absolutely buy this camera and depend on it but be aware of some of the caveats if you decide to get it yourself.

Don't leave home without one.
I have a Fiat 500 Abarth for my commuter car, making me practically invisible. So having dual cameras in case of an accident is going to be a massive benefit. Last year a guy ran a stop sign and blamed me for speeding after t-boning my other car. On review of my dash cam the other guy was found negligent and nothing happened to my record. When their insurance tried to ask me questions as to who I think was at fault, I said "I know it was him, he didn't look before running the stop sign". They asked how I was so sure and I told them the cops even pointed out he didn't look when reviewing my dash cam footage. Case closed.

technical support - updated- Ver 2.0
recently purchased this item after seeing good reviews on youtube and subsequently have had difficulty with setup. Customer support is non existent. Will work with it a couple more days to see if I can revise the rating.I wanted to update the review with a 2 week evaluation. The camera still shows a temp of 140-180 when working. Running it in an air conditioned house it show ~100 (on start up). No response from the dealer and finding on other sites this is also a complaint by others. Other issues related to the camera and wanting to ensure it is truly defective.Updated comments.ok, I had it 7 weeks now and have raised the rating. The manual is better than most but could still be improved, downloading of the updates could be expanded in the manual but from what I found there is a large dash cam group on the web that is very helpful. I sent emails to the company to be honest I don't know if they responded since there is nothing that distinguishes the senders, but the web based users group are extremely responsive and are international.I recently had an issue with looping at bootup but the group (someone or the supplier) gave me a fix which consisted of installing the new update. One other thing is the confusion on my part over the temp reading. The board temp reading is what is displayed and until winter it isn't going to be below 150 deg F, in my opinion it runs hot but I don't see an easy solution other than a cooling fan. I've had it shut down once due to temp but I opened the windows then turn the AC on the window, then turned it off and restarted (obvious since I can see the screen while driving) - however it's been a cool summer so far. What I would recommend is (what I did) to purchase micro card readers that will access you phone and PC so that you can read the micro card - this was helpful with the update.Quality of the graphics is good and I should have bought a filter to see if that changed the graphics (maybe latter). Little opportunity to check out night vision due to extended daylight in the summer. So far the only recurring complaint is that the front camera will rotate 180 deg periodically and I have to go back into setup mode.Bought the parking connection but haven't set that up yet.I work too much with technology to expect systems with no bugs and try not to expect too much. The system appears to work well so far and will try to update the review as it progresses.Final update. four months in on using it and becoming more comfortable with system. Was in a minor fender bender and it cut off after the accident and need to figure out the sensitivity setting, but the only issues I have so far is sometimes when I start the car it doesn't come on (one out of 20 times - just turn it off then on) and the second is that the manual is not user friendly. You need to closely read and go to the blogs to see how the system works. Other than that its served its purpose. Upped it to 4 stars.

Keeps shutting off
I have the same camera from another seller and it works fine. This one is hardwired as well, but sometimes it just shuts down, and many times instead of a 10 minute clip, it records in time-lapse, or just records about 15 seconds.Window for return is closed, so I'm screwed once again. Look for another seller. Maybe they buy from a different mfr.

Good video quality for the price and excellent that you can record the road in front and behind you. I have 20% window tint on my vehicle and the rear camera has no problem recording good quality video. For the price this has been a good dashcam.

Everything you need.
What can I say? After some weeks with the product I am satisfied, so far it has survived the Texas heat and it records @ 1080p 30 FPS on BOTH cameras. The installation is really easy and the menu user interface is simple yet useful for every option that this camera will provide. I feel more safe with the camera in case to protect myself from any liability car crashes (Wish I hope don't happen). Well done product.

Great cameras with lots of features for the price
I ordered this dashcam to install in my 2006 Grand Prix. The number one reason I chose this was for the dual cameras, saving the trouble of getting a second camera and memory card for the back of the car. Second reason was the supercapacitor, a necessity for Canadian weather. Third, the size being one of smallest on the market. The front camera is quite small, but the LCD is large enough to easily navigate the menus and make changes to settings. I mounted mine just to the right of my rear view mirror, and from the outside of the car it is quite difficult to see.The included extension cable to the rear camera is quite long, leaving me a fair amount of slack to snake it to the front camera. If you have tinted glass, just be aware the included adhesive pads may not stick. Emblem tape solved that problem. Both cameras have a tilt adjustment, making it simple to get them aimed correctly. The front camera can take a 24mm CPL filter, a good idea if you want to reduce reflections in your video. The rear camera does not have this feature, but given the tint in my car this doesn't seem to be a problem. This is my first dashcam, so I may not be the best judge but I found video quality to be quite good so long as you select the superfine compression and high resolutions options in the menu. I highly recommend checking the many videos on YouTube that cover this in better detail.I ordered a hardwire kit and it was pretty easy to setup. My only issue is that I can't seem to turn off the motion detection in parking mode, leading to a large number of videos. I think it is a firmware issue, but thankfully that appears to be getting updated often. Get the Blueskysea kit that guarantees parking mode works. A signal is sent on one of the USB pins to trigger parking mode, and other kits might not do this.Original review:I ordered this for my car, and a second is on the way for the wife's van. However, the GPS stopped working less than 2 weeks in. I'm going to try contacting the seller to see if an exchange can be done. If I end up keeping this I'll post a more detailed review.Update 1: Contacted seller and they are sending a new GPS unit. Will offer a more complete review once it comes in.Update 2: Seller sent me a new GPS unit which is working great.

Buyer Beware. Extremely Disappointed in quality, cheap.
I ordered this camera after having an incident that my previous camera could not catch (front only) in hopes with the price tag that it would be a good quality cam. Boy was I wrong. The camera itself is extremely hard to line up to make it straight forward facing due to how it mounts. There is no pivot, only a rotating mount for up and down, and a small angled shim for left to right. The rear camera cable is extremely thick, but you are still able to tuck it away behind the headliner. The rear cam itself seemed good at first, and was easily mounted flush with my rear window (I have a truck with straight rear glass). After wiring everything in, the camera system wouldn't turn on. After some trouble shooting I found the rear camera was shorting the whole system. If I unplugged the rear camera itself (not the USB at the front, but the actual plug in the rear) the front cam would turn on, and shut off as soon as the rear camera was plugged in. After hours of troubleshooting, checking google for common issues with this cam etc I narrowed it down to the cable entering the rear camera. If the wiring was not and *just* the right angle it would short the whole system. As for the Hardware kit:After wiring everything in, and testing fuses my vehicle has no RAP (Retained Accessory Power) fuses on either side of the dash. I used 1 of the supplied fuse taps for the constant power, wired the ground direct to the firewall behind the pedals, and wired the accessory (ignition) power to a wire under the dash (the only available option). Finally after having everything wired in, plugging in the camera and turning on the truck..... Nothing! Using a test light, confirmed accessory power, confirmed constant power and grounds, still nothing. Used a special fine end for the test light to test at the USB itself, and realised the whole USB end was damaged, the hard section the pins are in broken in multiple places, and pins missing. Cheap cheap quality. Returned to purchase a different camera and harness of better quality as both the camera and harness here are extremely poor quality.Overall due to the multiple issues with this camera and hardware kit, which should not happen for such an expensive piece, I have lost faith in this company, and removed everything to be returned. The box the camera came in was already "jammed" full, and after removing and straightening all the cables it is impossible to have everything fit back in the original box.

Great image, shotty instructions, worst lifespan
First full week of usage.Order hardwire and CPL filter right away.Instalation is relatively simple, except knowing what is up or down on the cameras, can easy be changed in menu.Image quality is greatBATTERY FAILS AFTER 1 MONTH OF COLD WEATHER AND "PARKING GUARD"2018 02 18, camera randomly stops recording, and forced to reboot every second day. More and more dissaponted in this fairly costly option

AVOID THIS COMPANY- THEY SELL PRODUCTS THEY KNOW HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS AND NEVER FIX THEM
I have discovered that the company knew about the freezing problem long before I bought the product. I tried everything they suggested and nothing worked then I researched and found many others with the same problem. I would NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.I had to change my review as my Mini 0906 Dashcam has been locking up about 1/2 the time and not recording. This was the case when I was involved in an accident and discovered the camera had not recorded anything. Luckily someone else had a dashcam that worked and I was able to prove the other driver when through a red light.Until they fix this, this Dashcam is useless as you would have to check it closely every time you start the engine.Requires proper installationNeed to have some installation and wiring knowledge to install this properly

Not worth my time and patience
I've owned this dash cam for several months now. If you want a decent dual channel dash cam where you just set it and forget it then you should look elsewhere; this is not the camera for you. If you want a decent budget dual channel dash cam and have the time and patience to research various dash cam forums online in order to solve the many gremlins and nuances you will surely experience then this may be the camera for you. This camera turns off at random times when driving; leaving you unprotected. The manual is a joke and very lacking in information. I should not have to search online in order to learn what the menu functions mean; that is what the manual is for. Installation wasn't a piece of cake either but I wont fault the manufacture for this because every dash cam is difficult to install; too many variables. I ordered the optional parking mode hardwire kit. After 1 day the camera would no longer power on using the GPS module. Seller replaced both the hardwire kit and GPS module and camera has been working since but it still occasionally turns off at random times while driving. Overall this camera is frustrating but the price was right.
