This product was recommended to me by my doctor in the United States. Celtic Sea salt does not increase my blood pressure and gives me the minerals that I need to keep my body in tact. It cost a little more because it came from the UK, but it is worth the money. Other salts causes my blood pressure to rise even when I take my medications to lower it.
