These were a gift for my son's coming up birthday. I purchased these months ago put them so is have them for him. His little brother who wants to be like his big brother when he grows up. He wants to be a US Army Soldier but for now he wants to have shows like his big brother.So i went to my purchases to order lil man his size. I saw comments about the blue sole in the shoes. I didn't pay attention when I get them. But here's what in found when I unwrapped my son's gift! These are fake! And now my son won't have what her asked for.

I am a woman who normally wear a size 6, therefore I ordered a size 4 in mens and it fit as expected. This is a cute shoe at a very reasonable price which is the reason why I ordered them. I realize there are speculations as to weather this shoe is fake or not. Im not an expert so I dont know. But I like the shoe. It DOES have a VERY thick blue inserted insole which makes it almost impossible to put the shoe on with socks. And because of that I considered returning the shoe. But after some close investigation, I realized that the insert can be REMOVED!!! Which exposed a nice smooth white bottom. This solved all my problems. Removing the insert allows your foot to sink further down into the shoe and for me that was lower than I felt comfortable with. I already had my own personalized inserts which I placed inside the shoe which is much thinner and conforms to my feet AND is black which really looks good inside the shoe. Now I have the perfect fitted shoe at a very reasonable price. Take a chance, it may also work for you!

I love these shoes. You know, court shoes can be incredibly expensive. To find some classic Adidas for a very reasonable price here on Amazon is one of my big happies! They have the same familiar solid well-crafted feel that I've always loved about Adidas, and the cushiony insert that comes with them is very comfortable, and feels very healthy when walking in the shoes. I'm fairly certain that the uppers on these Adidas are genuine leather (you know, the trend is toward vinyls, and they're getting very good at simulating leather in vinyl, and I don't like it one bit; leather is far superior). They're neither heavy nor lightweight-- right in the middle. Good thick sole. Well-padded interior, but not to the point that some skate shoes do it, when it gets a little bunchy. And the wonderful classic goes-anywhere look. I think that this purchase was one of my smartest moves ever.. loads of shoe for not a lot.

I like the shoes, but despite having a pair of Sambas in the same size, these shoes were a little too long. My heels piston in them when I walk, unless I wear extra socks or add padding to the inside of the shoes. It's kind of disappointing to get this result from a brand that has been so reliable to me over the years. Rather than try to return these, I've just relegated them to only being worn when I'm riding my bike with flat pedals.

I did not like these shoes! I compare them to my cousins pair that we got at the store, and they are definitely knock offs! I don’t recommend!
