Sony MDR-EX450AP In-Ear Headphones with Aluminium Housing and Smartphone Control - Black

Very satisfied with these earphones! I always used cheaper ones so far but there was always something bugging me about the quality of sound or how they looked. I decided to invest in slightly more expensive ones and I am very happy I did.Not experiencing any issues with discolouration so far (someone mentioned this with their pair I think, or maybe it was the brass version), after about a month of intensive use. Quite good in terms of noise-cancelling - used them on an airplane and on public transportation and they work really well! They also fit super comfy in my ears and don't fall out. The cord does tangle a bit, but it's very easy to untangle. It's the type of material that does it. My old earphones had a more rubbery (sticky?) type of cord which was a nightmare to untangle.Only thing I would have loved to have differently is a volume control rather than just a smartphone control that essentially only allows to play/stop or go to the next song (I think - I never use this button to be honest).Really happy I invested in these quality earphones for a change :)

I've stopped buying expensive IEM (In Ear Monitors) as I tend to break them so I've stuck to buying headphones around this price range. It's hard choosing headphones especially at this price range as you don't know how they are going to sound and you can't test before buy....also there is so much choice!This headphones are very good for the price, they aren't audiophile quality but that's to be expected. In terms of bass response they are a little "boomy" but it's far from being bad. You won't get super deep bass when listened to something like Chase & Status but they do handle bass well. At high volume the "boomyness" can drown out the mid-range but nothing I'm not willing to accept.Mid-range is good; I would like more clarity but still well defined. I'm picking up the separate instruments better than my previous set of headphones. Treble isn't tinny or annoying and can comfortably listening for long periods with no issues.They say you should run the drivers in for a couple of days before you judge the sound like I have but I personnaly think it's more you adjust to the sound they produce.I really like the cable; it stays tangle free due to the matte spiral design. It's harder to knot together and separates easily saving me hours of de-tangling!! The actual units have good built quality but look more plastic than aluminium (except for the Sony logo).Sound isolation is very good but I suppose that's down to how well the buds fit in your ears. There doesn't seem to be much sound leakage which is good for me as it stops people staring on the train =P.I like these headphones, good value, think they will last a while and I trust Sony, especially in this price range. For £7 more on this site you can buy the same set with iPhone controls, but it's only one button (track skip/pause/play) rather than 3 buttons (volume control)

As a fan of Sony products I chose these as a replacement for standard head phones that I got with phone. These little phones pack a lot of sound detail and a punchy bass into their small lightweight housing. They fit comfortably in the ear and block out enough external noise to allow you to enjoy your music with little distraction. Great set of in ear headphones and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I used this kodel for 3 years. This is a beast. Good base. Clear sound. But after long time use i wanted to get a new pair of them. Decided to buy a used one, but the right earphone doesnt sound that load like the left one. So i returned the item. Thats doesnt mean you have to afraid buy used items. Sometime somebody just buy something new doesnt like it and send it back. I do that sometimes. But i also bought here on amazon 2 months ago aused sony wh ch 700 wirelles headphone. I still using it and im happy, for this moment i cannot find any problem in how it works or looks.

Top earplugs. After boosting high-range on phone equalizer I've got loud bass balanced by smooth, same loud highs with right, slightly smaller amount of midrange. It is configuration that I wanted - full and loud spectrum. Subbas reach far down to 30Hz easily - same loud as 100Hz, which is amazing. Very high high range - tiniest nuance of high end is audible - not missing, not peaking. Nice feel of alloy body, heavy construction and cord-like, long wire. Perfect product with no disadvantages at all. Good purchase. Recommended.

Great quality sound out of these! Even though I'm not that picky about my sound quality, I can tell these are a step above all the other ones I've used.The drivers are physically a bit big so you might feel them run against the lower back of your ears.They are covered with an attractive metal cover which looks just as good in real life as they do in the image.Remote has one in line button that acts as play/pause/answer button. No skip track or volume control although perhaps you can program your phone to recognise double taps or something.Cable seems resilient. Still can tangle but not as much as standard cable due to increased stiffness. It is a Y type cable so L and R are equal lengths.The one gripe I have is that the Sony branding on the ear pieces were rubbed off within about a week of getting them. They still look great, just no longer Sony branded!

These are the best earphones for the price in my opinion. I lost my original ones and bought another brand as a replacement, which went back the same day and I ordered these. The sound is very good, the bass is solid, the mid tones are clear and not muffled and the high tones aren't tinny. There is very little leakage of sound to annoy your fellow travellers/neighbours and they sit right in your ear so although I don't think they are noise cancelling they do work well even on a plane. Highly recommended and although I ordered these at 10 pm they were with me by lunchtime the next day.

Son auriculares muy cómodos, que se ajustan muy bien al oído: hay pocas que sean más desagradables que auriculares que haya que ajustar cada dos minutos.El sonido es detallado. Ni que decir, no son auriculares de estudio, ni lo pretenden, pero la escucha permite oír cada instrumento con bastante precisión, destacando la presencia de los graves, que sin estar sobresaturados, como ocurre en algunos auriculares, tienen una considerable presencia sin ser desagradables.También son auriculares que permiten una escucha muy cómoda de videos y voz: los medios se oyen nítidos y precisos.Estéticamente son realmente atractivos, con un diseño que los destaca de otros auriculares más económicos.Tengo también auriculares Sony inalámbricos, y por sonido y comodidad, al final me suelo llevar estos.100% recomendables.

Calidad/Precio no encontrareis otro mejor. La calidad del sonido es muy buena, buenos bajos, aisla perfectamente y es muy cómodo y discreto. Yo tenia uno que compre en una gran superficie francesa por el doble hace tres años y la verdad es que ha sido el mejor que he utilizado. Al final del uso diario (incluso para dormir), enganches, ciadas, sudor...etc una auricular empezó a dar problemas de conexión pero en el jack.Así pues antes de que se rompiera del todo, he decidido comprar otros auriculares Sony MDR EX450 por Amazon, antes de que se rompiera y estoy encantado, tanto por el servicio de Amazon como por la compra.Por cierto, el cable es único...

J'ai acheté ces écouteurs en complément des EX650 de la même marque car j'avais lu quelque part que la qualité sonore était presque identique. Je n'ai pas pris le temps de les comparer, mais les EX450 sont de qualité très satisfaisante, surtout pour moins de 20 € : le son est clair, limpide, j'ai l'impression qu'ils restituent correctement tout le spectre, ils ne sont pas très "basseux", mais honnêtement je préfère. Tout est bien équilibré et détaillé, je les adore. Je tiens à préciser que je me suis fiée uniquement à mes oreilles pour rédiger cet avis, je n'ai fait aucun test technique. J'estime que des écouteurs sont de qualité à partir du moment où ils permettent de ressentir pleinement l'émotion transmise dans une musique, de nous immerger dans la mélodie, et c'est le cas de ces écouteurs, bien qu'ils n'équivalent pas à des systèmes d'écoute audiophiles bien évidemment, j'en suis extrêmement satisfaite. Ils sont fournis avec une petite pochette en tissu qui se ferme avec des liens coulissant, très simple mais pratique. Les finitions sont très bonnes, la télécommande fonctionne sur les iDevice (appuyer deux fois successivement pour passer à la musique suivante, trois fois pour revenir en arrière, une fois pour mettre pause), et le fil présente un relief (imitation tressage nylon) ce qui limite les noeuds. Il est néanmoins très fin.J'espère que mon avis vous aura été utile :)

Nutze diese seit 2016 und bin sehr glücklich mit ihnen - zuvor immer die Sonys für 16€, die mich in ihrer Haltbarkeit nicht so überzeugt haben.Habe schon ab und zu versucht, teure Kopfhörer im mehrfachen 3-Stelligen Bereich zu kaufen aber finde den Sound noch immer bei diesen Sonys am besten.Von Brutal Deathgrind bis Klassik braucht es keinerlei klangliche Nachbesserung eines Equalizers, es klingt wie es soll und ist immer stimmig und ausgeglichen, egal an welchem Gerät man sie verwendet.Die Bässe sind angenehm präsent ohne zu dröhnen, die Höhen sind schön deutlich, ohne zu schneiden, Details in der Musik sind gut hörbar.Musikhören über viele Stunden oder einfach den ganzen Tag ist gar kein Problem; in den Ohren halten sie bei mir gut ohne zu drücken (durch die Gummis ist die Passgröße auch wählbar).Sie sind noch nie aus meinen Ohren herausgefallen oder mit der Zeit lockerer geworden, bei sportlichen Aktivitäten sitzen sie ebenfalls fest.Das Kabel ist aus einem Material, das bei Minusgraden nicht zu steif wird, wie man das von der herkömmlichen Gummiummantelung kennt.Die billigeren Sonys waren nach spätestens 2 Jahren rauer Behandlung bei mir immer am Zenit und haben auf einer Seite eine Kontaktschwäche bekommen.Ich empfinde hier die Verarbeitung als hochwertiger und könnt mir vorstellen, dass die Geschichte länger hält.Allgemein haben sie bei mir jetzt schon sehr viel durch gemacht, und ich bin erstaunt, dass sie noch funktionieren.Ein Auszug:- Häufiges hängenbleiben mit dem Kabel und herausreißen aus den Ohren- Bad in Bratensoße- Bad in Wasser- In Eis und Schnee verloren und wiedergefunden- Drauf getreten- 'Lasso' gespielt- Drüber gefahren- Drauf geschlafen- Als Schnur benutzt- täglicher Betrieb von 6-8 StundenDie halbe Welt haben sie auch bereist -- wenn die mal kaputt gehen werd ich sicher sentimental - aber zum Glück kann man sie ja nachkaufen. Was ich auch tun werde, wenns denn soweit ist. Für die alten gibts dann eine Schweigeminute.Klare Kaufempfehlung, sehr schönes Produkt, was Preis-Leistung betrifft.
