Takes forever to switch between PC and Phone
Everything is good but it takes forever to switch from the PC to Phone mode. My boss expects us to answer on the first ring and it is not possible if you are in PC mode as it takes like 10 seconds to switch. By that time my boss is on my A$$! Also tried answering using the Ring Central app on the PC but the music keeps playing while on the call! Stupid!Forced to unplug it from my PC in order to be able to answer fast enough, sad.

Best Wireless Headset for Telecommuting
The media could not be loaded. My wife decided to get the DECT headset for mobility and a higher quality audio experience. She has tried many wireless headsets and none have been the same quality as the wired ones. Most wired headsets are far superior than wireless. This might be the exception. This headset works with a landline, bluetooth, and usb connection to a computer. The unit is compatible with Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, Grandstream, and Fanvil. The unit is able to keep the connection between 160m-525ft. We tested the unit at 30-50 feet and had no issues with static, hiccups, or volume loss. Some videos online have tested the unit at 300-500 feet before the connection is disrupted, but we did not. What makes this unit work extremely well with range is the DECT technology. Bluetooth technology mostly allows for a 30 ft range, while Class 1 DECT is 100 meters indoor and 330 meters outdoors. DECT also enhances voice quality & battery life.DECT also has a more secure line with a 128-bit unique authentication key (UAK), 64 bit encryption, and verifies calls to make sure the two devices are authorized. This allows for less interruption in the connection and a more flowing audio quality. The unit is lightweight and the mic flows smoothly when adjusting. My wife normally is not able to wear a headset for too long, yet with this unit she had no issues, due to the unit being lightweight and comfortable. After testing the unit we noticed that the noise canceling is exceptional and above any unit we have tested. Adjusting the audio is quick, easy, and responsive by just pressing the volume up, down, and mute button. The range although; we tested at only 30-50 had no issues with audio quality and did not cause static or hiccup during work.Overall, we were extremely impressed by the headset and learned the difference of quality between wireless and DECT. Dect is far superior to wireless and is what we recommend for any telecommuting work at home business/job.Positives: 1. DECT is more secure than wireless 3 level security chain Paired with base using DECT Standard Authentication Algorithm(DSAA) Calls are verified to make sure it is two authorized devices Voice data is encrypted using 64-bit encryption 2. Voice Quality 3. Range is high and stable 4. Comfortable headsetNegatives:DECT uses UHF radio which releases more radiation than wireless and in about 10 mW and above output per seconds

Works but there are better choices
I liked this product initially. It’s lightweight, the battery life seems great, the audio quality was excellent. My one gripe is that switching between phone audio and computer audio does not happen immediately. You push the button to switch and it won’t work until several minutes later. It’s very annoying and makes it impractical for an office environment.

Nice Set of Wireless Headphones
The media could not be loaded. At first I was a bit stumped because I could not get these headphones to link up with my iMac, Macbook Pro or Dell running Windows 11. And then I realized that they are supposed to work as part of a phone system. However, you can actually use it to connect directly into your PC or use the phone jack that comes with the system.I'm teleworking and was able to hook them up to my work PC which is running Microsoft Teams telephone system. Therefore, after making this discovery, I was able to get these to work. anyway, that is my only thinking on this matter because while I am running Teams on my personal devices, I do not have the phone service option.Perhaps the manufacturer can shed more light on this issue as a means to help anyone else that may be experiencing the same problem.Anyway, I really love this headset. I'm finally wire-free.You will notice the headset I'm upgrading from in the photos attached to this review. The headset is very slim, it fits nicely on my head and it is quite comfortable. The set is constructed from sturdy plastic and the headset can be easily placed on the charger when not in use. I love being able to continue being in meetings and able to walk around to other areas of my office if need be and not lose my connection. In fact, what I really like about this wireless headset is the mute feature. A lot of times, I want to make sure my system is mute and my old headset allowed me to have a back up mute button because if I showed up as mute in Teams, I still had to turn on the headset so others can hear me. However, this headset will let you know that your system is on mute without all of the extra hassle. When the phone is mute and you so much as clear your throat, a message comes on saying that the phone is muted. That way you don't run into issues of talking not realizing no one else can hear you. Once, you hear the message, you can unmute yourself. If you are away from your desk and need to unmute the phone, simply press the button in the headset and if you need to answer/hang up a call, you press the button in the head set which is on the same side as the mute button.I've also uploaded a clip of a voicemail so you can hear the quality of the system.
