One of the few Medifast products I enjoy. This is a little too sweet for me so I add 4 ounces of black coffee in addition to the 8 ounces of cold water. I mix it well with an immersion blender to remove the lumps then microwave and enjoy 2 servings. I will buy this again.

Great Product
Item arrived just as described and well within the expiration date. I use this when traveling to avoid fast food place and airport food. Packages are balanced with appropriate carbs/proteins and help you not feel hungry.

LOVE! My all time favorite Medifast meal! I use more water than on the pkg and I add just a splash of coffee. I know that that's more caffeine but it gives it the perfect taste for me :) This is always my first meal of the day! Was hear pretty quick as well! Deffinetly will order again!
