K&N33-2990 Replacement Air Filter

Ok so you could literally argue about power gains until the end of time when it comes to high flow air filters. I’m not even going to bother make claims about that side of things.What I have noted is a much more free flowing acceleration with very little turbo lag compared to when I was using the stock air filter on my BMW F30 320D.I’ve also noticed a much clearer whistle from the turbo when backing off the accelerator.These benefits along with the usable lifetime of this air filter makes this a sweet purchase for me.

I can definitely hear the turbo whining which is so satisfying. I can't tell any difference with the noise of my 320D engine. Don't expect extra 100hp, it's just an air filter that allows more circulation of air. Perhaps there is a performance gain which is negligible, you'd have to put it on a dyno to test that. I'm saving £30-40 every service because I don't need to replace it! Easy to fit and clean!

Fits perfectly in my f30 bmw. Easy to install, easy to clean and it looks quite nice. It even comes with some stickers if that takes your fancy. Great product from k&n.

Very easy to install. Time will tell if there are any improvement to mpg. The car does appear to be a little more responsive.

Rather subjective but appears to be improved, smoother low end acceleration. Newly bought item so, cannot comment on filter life or filtration performance.

Put it on my 125d and it defo has made it more responsive and getting rid off flat spots. It wont give you move power and the noise is little.

This is not a standard air filter, it is designed to give the vehicle more power, I have to say it is on my sons BMW, and it works really well I highly recommend buying one of these

Quick delivery. Fitting to bmw 328i was simple. Car feels more responsive cos now can breathe better. Used this type of filter on previous bmw 535i but used french JR filter which enhanced performance. These filters make a nice noise and are a doddle to fit in place of paper type. Fully recommend.
