Cialdissima Dolce Gusto Café Au Lait, compatible capsules (Total 100 Capsules, 100 servings)

Found lots of Italian coffee pods that I prefer to Nestle's products so trying this one out100 capsules as shown in picture arrived packed loose in a plain cardboard box with a label typed with a use-by date.No information about manufacturer, where manufactured, ingredients etcThe edges of some of the capsules are quite sharp and 3 of the flimsy film covers had split, the coffee and milk powder were spilt all over the other capsules.The product tastes distinctly cheap. really really Happy Shopper instant coffee cheap......Cheap instant coffee powder and powdered whitener or mlik...impossible to say which.....would be a waste of money at half the price.Might be useful when you have a cold, cannot taste anything and just want a hot drink..... save wasting a decent cup of coffee.I can't imagine any self respecting Italian would dream of offering this as coffee in a cafe or in their home...

I was a bit disappointed with the ingredients of these capsules. Compared to the original ones I found them weak in flavour and with a bit of unwanted sweetness. After a few tries I noticed that for the same volume of water the strength of the drink varied a little. On opening 5 of the capsules there visually appeared to be a variance in the colour and quantity of the ingredients. This is in no way a scientific analysis but it seemed to confirm the taste experience.I certainly would not buy from this company again.

When I was a little girl, homemade meant something had to be “better than the shops”. No expense was spared, no corners were cut, quality was everything. Now that I’m an adult I am very particular about quality. My PA brings me a beautiful Starbucks coffee every morning... at least she used to until my Cialdissima Dolce Gusto Café Au Lait compatible capsules arrived a few days ago. Now I get a piping hot, fragrant brew in my favourite mug straight from the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. No fuss, no mess just perfect coffee that’s even better than the shops! If you’re looking for a touch of luxury at home, I highly recommend this product.

These seemed to have broken my coffee machine.It didnt seem like a problem at first but the film that normally breaks after 2 seconds with original capsules was taking a bit longer and would then burst with a much stronger spurt of coffee.This may have caused some sort of problem with the machine because now the water pressure is so little that it barely drips and even worse, the water is barely warm.Save yourself the headache and just spend the extra £1-2 for genuine capsules.On the bright side, I get to buy a Tassimo machine now as I've wanted to get one for a while.

I will not be buying again. If you fill your glass it is tastes what I imagine sweet dish water would taste like. It is far too weak and must include sweeteners as it is much too sweet. You will need to stop your machine before the glass is half full take out the pod and insert a new one.The only way drinkable is if you use two pods and fill the glass two thirds full. Although you receive 100 pods you get less than 50 cups because it is so weak.Three pods in your machine will make a nice cup of coffee but whatever you do, do not add sugar because it will be very sweet with none added.

I'm so pleased I found these pods for sale. I actually prefer the taste of these to the original Dolce Gusto branded ones!! They have a lovely smooth taste but full of flavour, not bitter at all. For the price they were offered at, I expected the worse when they turned up. The first time I tried these, I ended up having three drinks one after another as I liked them and also to test the pods from different parts of the box to make sure it wasn't just the top ones that were this nice. The fact that these work out at half the price of the originals is a bonus too!I will definitely buy these again and also give their Chocolato a try in the very near future.Big Thumbs Up from me :-)

I had previously been buying Dolce Gusto Cafe Au Lait pods but they are quite pricey so I had a look for compatable pods and came to Cialdissima Cafe Au Lait ones. I had a look at previous customer comments and decided to try these as the pack was much bigger and they were less expensive. The pods arrived on time and well wrapped. I take sugar in my coffee and when I made the first cup I added my usual amount of sugar, the coffee is quite sweet and over the last week of using them I have cut out sugar completely. The taste is lovely and creamy and the coffee taste is to my liking. I would recommend these pods to everyone interested in Cafe Au Lait.

These are very reasonably priced. Slightly sweeter than Do!ce gusto pods, normally I put two sweeteners in my cup with the Dolce gusto pod but find I only require one with these pods. Good quality cup of coffee with a slightly chocolate taste, I don't like hot chocolate so as I said it's very slightly flavoured. In fact I hadn't realised this but I gave some holy nephew for his opinion and he pointed this out. I hope they add to their products as I would like to try espresso, grande etc.,
