New 25 Litre Plastic Water Container Food Grade with Airflow Tap & Standard Blue Cap

I rarely write reviews, but for once something arrives and does exactly what it's supposed to do, no mess no fuss and most importantly no leaks. A nice sturdy container to store water, tap seems pretty well made and has a nice flow when opened fully. All-in-all a good well made product for the money.

What is there to knock about a plastic water container?! It is what it is. Very sturdy and well-made. I bought two for making home made wine in and have converted the lids for such use. These are better than the previous ones I bought (and am still using) which are more the regular jerry can shape, as they are taller and thinner so take up less floor space. They are also far cheaper than my original two which I bought in the high street!

I bought a dozen of these 25 litre containers as my company was sponsoring the hydration of some 400 runners taking part in a local 10k charity race and half Marathon. This is an excellent water container that holds plenty, is easy to use and fill.I am delighted as I just needed a container to use whilst we are having our kitchen renovated.It pours really well and doesn’t leak so I am delighted.

great quality for the price strong and sturdy to be honest it speaks for its self im using it as a fuel tank for my oil burner. but would highly recommend for other uses especially water and food stuff

I have been looking for this container for some months and now I have it. The wait has been worthwhile. It is robust, compact and does what I need it to do. The price is also good as well

Delivered OK and does the job. Currently I am using two of these containers to hold made-up feed for Chilli plants. Rather than feed a concentrated dose once per week I feed a diluted dose once per day as part of regular watering.The only problem I have is that because everything is translucent plastic the light does affect the contents and green algae quickly forms. This is a problem at the airflow taps. A very thin green film can be seen in the tap. As a result the tap becomes more and more difficult to turn. Significant force is required. I fear that the lever will soon snap leaving the tap useless. The only solution has been to wash the tap in hot soapy water and use a kitchen surface cleaner in an attempt to remove the film. This is only partially successful but keeps the tap useable.I can see that in other circumstances, with different liquids and less exposure to light there may be less of a problem.
