I bought this for the gearbox in one of my classic cars, which has slightly worn synchromesh, and the improvement was noticeable almost immediately. Gear changes feel smoother and less notchy, particularly when shifting between gears that previously needed a bit more care. It's not a miracle cure for worn components, but it has definitely helped the gearbox feel more refined and enjoyable to use. The oil is easy to work with and has a great reputation among classic car owners for good reason. While it won't fix a worn gearbox, it can certainly help get the best out of one that's showing its age. I'll be using it again at the next oil change. Highly recommended for older manual gearboxes that specify a GL-4 lubricant.

Recently used this to replace the transmission and diff oil in my Mk1 Mazda MX5, and I'm very impressed with it. I've had a bit of a notchy change from first to second for as long as I've had the car, especially when cold. While it hasn't disappeared completely, it's much better now with this new transmission oil. Worth the extra cost in my opinion

I used this in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4 Liter when I did a full oil change. It sounds quieter with less whine and the shift appears slicker. I'll try and keep note over the next 3000 miles.

Did a bit of research on the tinernet and folks were saying this this transformed thier gear changing. Mine was stiff and nochy until renewing oil with Red Line MT-90, now gear changing is slick even in the cold weather.

i bought red line mt 90 gear box oil for my toyota mr2 mk3 roadster.it has made the gear box alot smother i am very imprest with the oil.

Bought this for my Lotus Elise, as it's recommended by the vast majority of owners. Great oil, as expected, but due to being imported from the USA, it is very expensive.

I used this stuff to replace the old gear oil for my DC2 Integra ITR. No issues as if now. Shifts pretty good.
