I got this for my dad who has a large collection of random 33's and 78's in storage and would like the opportunity to play them back.In my opinion, this turntable is ideal as it has a nice small footprint, records to PC and has built-in obscured speakers (underneath).Playback is very easy - anyone who has used a turntable will be familiar with the positioning and slow drop arm method.You get the luxury of 78 speed playback (in all its crackly glory) which is very useful for older collections.When it comes to playback you can use the onboard speakers (perfectly fine for a small room) or line out to anything that accepts it.Its a lovely compact, easy to use turntable that he is extremely happy with as it means he can now either listen to his records (his choice) or back them up to mp3 (my task!).Software and leads are provided.

I have purchased this for my Nan who has dug up all her old vinyls from the loft and was eager to play them again.This caught my eye due to the fact is plays 7,10 and 12 inch vinyls and the option to select between 3 speeds.The option to record to a computer is also a handy feature which she nor i have tried yet.The vinyl player itself is a nice big size and looks the part with its shiny black finish and its blue light up on/off/volume dial.The speakers work very well but to get a better experience i would wire a set of speakers up which i believe is possible.The only negative is that it doesn't have a lid which would have been nice but it doesn't take anything away from the look and performance so im not taking a star off.My Nan's happy with it so im happy with it!

I bought this for my brother for his 30th after I came across a great vinyl I knew he would like. I was a little worried that he may not like it given that he is really into technology, and this would be a step back, so to speak. But, it was well received! It is a really nice looking piece of equipment. I couldn't believe the quality of the internal speakers, just excellent. Vinyl is coming back baby! And with style. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Purchased on behalf of my grandparents who have a lot of old records but no player! My grandad is especially pleased with this as it has given him a new ‘hobby’ as well as lots of singalongs!! The sound quality could be better but it is easy to set up, looks great and works a treat :) thank you.

Excellent sound for such a small box. Volume is sufficient to fill a small bedroom. Only drawback - no headphone socket. Just a line in/out. That was a disappointment but I should have read the product spec more carefully. Overall though, it's a very nice bit of kit, well made, looks good and well worth the small outlay.

I had high hopes for this price and after reading such positive reviews however it’s true, you at times get what you pay for. Spend a bit more money for a better quality and brand. I had to return.

Fantastic for the price. Looks really sleek and like the picture. The sound quality is also good. Not giving under 5 stars as I don't really have any complaints to be honest.
