Great idea to combine these two! Shame about the fillers and vague language about manufacturing - which usually means the country of origin is China, often via Alibaba. Given this, my guess is that it is in a plastic bottle (a hormone disruptor - BPA or no). If we stop accepting dubious products and plastic packaging, companies will offer safe quality options.
