Brackets not level - review updated to 4 star for customer service
UPDATED REVIEW:After posting this review, the company reached out showed excellent customer service.Brackets are off level by just over a 1/2 inch, and frame around mirror isn’t even connected. Had to get creative with painters tape and measure from the bottom to get it hung level. I would have returned it but my husband threw away the packaging.

This mirror was so cute however it arrived broken, definitely need to pack it better. Didn’t keep the mirror.

Good choice
Great looking mirror just heavy! I’ve got 2. Oh! I did have trouble hanging because the bracket placement from the factory was off by an inch and now I have 3 extra holes in my wall because I didn’t think to check the brackets to make sure it was made correctly….

Cute, using as seating chart
Arrived in good condition, light enough for an easel. Going to put a decal that says “your seat awaits” and then will have table numbers and names as a seating chart for my wedding

Good mirror
These are very nice looking mirrors, but be careful to check that the mounting brackets are level before drilling holes to hang the mirror.It was only about 1/4 inch off but enough for the mirror to be uneven. We made the mistake of not checking the mounting brackets before drilling the holes in our wall.After I posted a negative reviewthe company reached out to me and issued a full refund since the mirror had crooked mounting brackets. They issued the refund even though it was about 4 months since my purchase. I appreciate them standing behind their product and working with me on the issue.

Broken glass
Box was fine but arrived broken in the box. The other one arrived fine. We love the quality. Hopefully the replacement arrives ok. 5 stars if not broken.
