Automatic Christmas Tree Watering System Device, Refillable 2.5 Gallon Translucent Reservoir

I bought this from a recommendation of a good friend. I am super happy with it, it came very quickly, the installation was very simple, the product itself is not cheap material, very durable. 2.5 gallons filled and I have not had to fill this once yet over the weeks I set it up. very quiet , I have not heard it fill the tree base once, and the tree water is always full. the hose and cord are very long which is great. I highly recommend you get one of these, i will be using it for years to come!!!

As someone who encourages live tress for Christmas, the most often complaints are the effort to water & the dead needles when it's not watered properly. My problem is that I generally have to leave town for work and call in a favor for someone to take over.Hence, I've been watching the various watering options over the years with my Engineering friends. Finally there is one that meets our criteria. Enough so that I am writing my first ever review. Truly a historical moment!Awesome:Easy to setup.Sturdy, nothing cheap about this item. Well built.The refill is area is indented & large for an easy pour with bad aim.It has audible warnings if the unit is empty & a flashing light if the unit is full but the tree is empty.Concern:My only concern is that the connection band will eventually wear out. When it breaks it will be exactly when it's needed. Adding a spare would give me some comfort. It is the only wear item really.Well done! I have purchased two and am working on more. These are great gifts for anyone who enjoys a live tree!!Note we examined the hohoho unit. It's not bad either. The tradeoff is that to refill one must open the box, unscrew the lid & pour into the lid area. Not difficult, but this unit the pour area is very large and indented. The bullseye is more forgiving. My preference is for this unit, but make your own choice!

Amazing for real Christmas’s tree. Don’t have to break your back to water it all the time just pour and it will automatically do it for you. Love the bumping sound when the water is low which reminds you to refill the tank. Your tree will stay fresh longer as it provides consistent water to the base

This is a must have. It doesn't look like a present but it's easier to use, holds more water, and has an alarm if there is a problem. It easily hides behind the tree but can be coved if you need to. Best of all, the most inept "pouring" person can fill this without a mess.Exceedingly worth the money.

I knew this unit was expensive but I thought it'd be a good investment, as I like putting my tree up at the end of November and want it to last as long as possible. In fact, I got this unit shipped from Amazon US to the UK and even bought a new Large Krinner Premium Christmas Tree Stand, specifically because it was advised by the Christmas Tree Butler company!The large Krinner stand fits trees up to 270cm (8ft 10in), and my tree is pretty much exactly 8ft, but unfortunately the Christmas Tree Butler's water monitoring unit is *incredibly* bulky.There was just nowhere near enough space for the unit to attach to the trunk – which was so disappointing after all of that effort.I'm sure the unit works, but make sure you have a tree stand that can handle plenty bigger than the size of your tree.Christmas Tree Butler, please update your guides to make this clearer!

I purchased the Christmas Tree Butler because a friend of mine purchased one through their Kickstarter campaign last year. She said it worked great through the whole season. I travel over the holidays and need a way to make sure my tree stays watered. The Christmas Tree Butler arrived quickly and I will be setting it up next week when I get my tree. The product looks well-made and easy to set up. I read through the directions and they're very straightforward.

People thought I was crazy paying this much to water my tree, but this thing works great. A decent Christmas tree is upwards of $200 where I live. For the convenience and ability to keep the tree perfectly watered this unit pays for itself. Hopefully, it will serve me for years to come. It's much better than the siphon powered products that I've used in the past.One word of warning: pay close attention that you've set the water level indicator down far enough. Otherwise, the thing will flood your living room and make you look like an idiot in front of your wife.

Finally something that really truly works as promised. Makes watering the tree so easy, no more crawling awkwardly under the tree knocking off ornaments trying to tell how full the base is and spilling water everywhere. No more accidentally letting the tree go dry because it drank more than usual one day. It’s a bit larger than I thought but it’s nice because it holds plenty of water and the cord is long enough to tuck it out of sight. Wish I’d had this years ago instead of wasting money on cheaper or my own home made failed attempts.
