Betron DC950 In-Ear Headphones, Wired Earphones, Red

I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the construction of these earphones. The contrasting black and red flat cord is both eye catching and practical allowing for exceptionally easy winding, storage and use in highly wet and windy environments (I live in Scotland and use them when out hillwalking and when walking urban environments). The red and silver polished metal earbud bodies are hard wearing and stylish. The sound quality is excellent, the range is very very good, the top range sound production is excellent, mid to low range sound is very good but unfortunately it has a somewhat high low level sound cut off at the bottom of the range which unfortunately means a very very small range of sound is compressed. The clarity of the sound is excellent and sharp across the range of noises produced. The choices of earbud size all work well for me which I am very happy to report since ofter earbud gummy buds are often too large or too small for my ear canal. The inclusion of gummy medium and large sized earbuds and of foam earbuds too was an excellent choice from the manufacturer. The box they came in was well made and the earbuds and manual were efficiently packed into the space, the metallic door for the front of the box was a lovely touch. The jackplug is high quality and is still resisting wear well over two years on and allowing for good contact to be made with my Sony Xperia mobile phone, HP laptop and my iPod Video audio input jacks. The font on the earphones is well chosen, aesthetically appealing and modern whilst retaining a high contrast with the surrounding metal of the earphone body. The rubber of the L shaped jack shoulder is very sturdy and has saved my various devices and the earphones from fall related damage, sudden jerks and assorted other calamities on scores of occasions. The rubber at the earbud end is also hard wearing. Neither shows any discolouration at all. The carry pouch for the earphones is satisfyingly sturdy and yet soft to the touch. The synthetic bag ties however could have been better served by using dyed braided and cored natural fibres which are comparably priced per unit length. They've done me better than literally any other pair of earphones I've ever had and I will never buy earphones from another company again! (I've changed through around twenty five companies of earphone manufacture at this point) 17/10 exceeded my expectations and a small congrats to the Amazon Marketing Team cos I bought this whilst at work in the work van when it was on Lightning Sale. My old earphones and my last three pairs of headphones had all recently broken so the uncanniness of the usefulness of that suggested reduced price offer cannot be overstated!

Fantastic earphones, these put every other pair I've owned to shame, build quality wise, earphones are made of metal I believe, very sturdy, other pairs I've owned were as usual made of plastic, earphones are also detachable, it's kind of cool because I believe it will extend their lifespan, as there is no direct connection between cable and earphone "speaker" inside, so you cant really damage them if you accidentally hook the cable onto... let's say, door handle, happens to often with me for some reason. Flat cable is nice not much to talk about does't tangle, the 3.5mm jack is quite interesting its L shaped, the rubber/plastic protection is very interesting, usually the durability of such earphones is better than just regular ones. These are not only excel in build quality but also audio quality, all you need is there, its all up to user how to set up your equalizer, I went with heavy bass, to keep it short, my brain was blown. I cannot quite comprehend why these are sold so cheaply, it makes no sense, such great earphones for £13.

These ear phones are very good value (purchased at £11) and they look very smart. Supplied in a box with an accessory bag, two pairs of alternative (different size) ear plugs and a shirt clip. The cabling is a flat, rubber-coated ribbon style in attractive two-tone red/black, matching the ear phones. The sound quality is very good, and noise isolation is reasonable, meaning they can be worn outdoors or in a car/train/plane and you can listen to music/audiobook without raising the volume to maximum. They are let down by a couple of points. Firstly, the supplied rubber style ear plugs don't sit as firmly in the ear as others I've tried. Admittedly, changing the size of these plugs may help, but they just don't feel quite as secure as others. Also, when they pop off of the ear phone, they are very tricky to put back in place. Secondly, the ribbon style cable transmits a lot of physical noise, especially the section of cable nearest the ear phones. This means that when walking, running, exercising or even just moving while wearing them can cause the cable to bump against your body. This transmits audible 'thumps' through the cable and into your ears, which is not enjoyable. I suspect this is why the shirt clip attachment is provided, as when used, it stops most ot the movement of the cable at the top, sorting out this issue. Can you always wear such a thing? Probably not if you're out running, so bear this in mind. Overall, for the money, these are good quality, good performance ear phones that look great, but let down a bit by the cable noise.

A positive brand experience begins when a customer recieves the packaged product and you know from the start that this pair of earphones is going to deliver. The box is well made, has a quality print finish, quite nice graphics and even has a magnetic closer to the top flap. Very impressive beginning. Open the box top and slide out the plastic tray and there you are met by a full range of interchangeable ear bud pieces, a clip to hold the cable to your shirt/jacket/blouse/dress/whatever and a rather nifty little pouch to keep everything in. At this stage I was wondering if most of my £10.99 had gone on the packaging... Well, I can shelve your fears on that score. These are a superb pair of earphones easily matching the performance of other brands selling for £50 and more. I'm listening via my Samsung S9 and the quality of the bass and high notes are excellent and the clarity is also of the highest quality. They are also extremely comfortable to wear and, although they are not noise-cancelling but noise-isolating, they do that very well too. I have to say that I am reporting on immediate rather than long term use but I will return after a few weeks and update my feedback. In the meantime, however, I cannot recommend these earphones highly enough. I honestly don't think you could find better quality at this amazing price anywhere else. And here I am, back to give feedback after a few weeks of use. Basically, still as good as ever and proven to be a robust, well built product. This is a fairly basic model from their extensive range too so it bodes very well for all their products.

This is the second pair of Betron headphones I have bought - the first lasted quite a long time but eventually lost a the connection on one side. Despite their low price they've always seemed to be much higher quality than headphones I've bought from the larger manufacturers. The sound quality is certainly much greater than you would expect for a £10 pair of earphones. They fit comfortably and I've never had a problem with them falling out if I wear them when jogging. In terms of the design, the flat profile seems to stop them getting as tangled as normal headphones (potentially reducing the likelihood of them breaking) and the red colour is vibrant and lasting - no issues with scratches or dirt diminishing their appearance after three months of heavy use. Overall would definitely recommend.

The earphones were not as good as previous reviews led me to believe. They were exactly as advertised and the deep bass is there but only if I apply slight pressure to the back of the earpiece. Mid range and high are ok but it would have been nice to hear the bass without pressing on the earpieces. None of the 3 supplied in ear foams provided a comfortable fit, medium and small too loose, large to big. I can only in fairness say it could possibly be my outer ear canal that is at fault and not the manufacturer so I am loathe to give a bad review - this is why I have given 3 stars.

I was looking for a new set of in ear headphones. I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money (as I use headphones everyday and can wear them out quickly), but I wanted some which would be comfortable, provide good noise cancellation and most importantly allow me to enjoy my music. I purchased these after seeing them sponsored on Amazon. They were in my price bracket, had different colour option, came in a professional looking box, had a variety of earpiece cushion sizes. When trying them out, the quality of my music was fantastic. My previous headphones were Sony and there was a huge difference in the sound quality. Even taking the buds out of my ears, I could hardly hear the sound coming out so I know I can listen to my music a little bit louder without disturbing anyone else. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be buying again

I'm pleased with this set of earphones. I've been through two sets of earphones of another brand recently, but taking daily wear from being plugged into my mp3 player in my pocket as I walk around, the other brand tended to break connection where the cable joined the plug within a few months. I've had these Betron's a month now, and the flat ribbon-style cable seems much more robust - and the join point with the plug also looks like will hold up to lots more wear. Also importantly, the earphones themselves have a distinguishing mark on one side (some product labelling), and once I'd quickly learned that it made it easy to determine which ear was which just by glancing (turn to the unadorned side, then the earphone will be pointing into the ear it should go in). The buds themselves have also stood up to being used in 25mins of walking in moderate rain, without slipping out. I'll definitely buy these again if they ever get to breaking point, but there were a couple of minor points that mean I didn't go for 5 stars. The buds themselves are not uncomfortable, but they're not overly comfortable either - the slightly bulbous design seems to occasionally rub against my ear. Also, the balance initially seemed a bit heavy on the bass and lacking in the middle - something easily fixed with equalisation on the device being used if annoying though. I've got used to the default balance now though.

I'm on my third pair of DC950s but not because they are bad but rather because they are so good. My first pair got accidentally washed when I didn't see them in my gym bag. The 2nd pair got wet when a shampoo bottle leaked. They still work but the deep bass was lost. I'm on my third pair now, Hands-down these are the best earphones I've ever had. The bass is deep and booming but the mid-range and high frequencies are excellent as well. I had purchased a Betron B25 to replace my 2nd ruined DC950 since Amazon wasn't carrying the DC950 at the time bu the B25 was nowhere nearly as good as the DC950.

Buona fattura, (corpo in alluminio), mancano di gommini di ricambio per adattarsi a più padiglioni auricolari. Nel complesso si sentono bene ed il cavo è sufficentemente lungo.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch den Phones gegenüber da es keine einzige Kundenrezension auf Amazon gibt und gebe euch mal ein kurzes Feedback. Alle Angaben zur Soundqualität sind natürlich auf mich bezogen. Mir bleibt nur Eins zu sagen: Für diesen Preis sind die Phones Weltklasse und können locker mit den Earpods von Apple mithalten. Mit den richtigen Aufsätzen blenden sie fast jegliche Außengeräusche aus und der Bass ist kräftig wie kein anderer dieser Preisklasse. Aber passt auf wenn ihr die Aufsätze wechselt denn sie lassen sich nur sehr schwer wieder aufziehen. Das Design ist auch wunderschön und die Phones sind komplett aus Metall also sehen sie extrem hochwertig aus. Dass Kabel ist Flach, dass heißt es kommt kaum zur Verwicklung des Kabels. Zur Lieferung (Standardversand): Sehr schnell, waren schon nach zwei Tagen bei mir (Deutschland-Österreich). Fazit: Würde sie sofort wieder kaufen. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch weiter helfen. Was ich schon lange gesucht habe ist endlich verfügbar. Diese Kopfhörer dämpfen aber nicht so daß man gar nichts mehr wahrnimmt. Habe nach in ears gesucht die TV Ton wegdämpfen. Während meine Partnerin Fernsieht, möchte ich etwas anderes hören. Bisher hatte ich mit viel teureren Produkten wenig Erfolg. Eine ausreichende Dämpfung scheint technisch schwierig. DC950 von Betron sind die ersten womit ich echt zufrieden bin. Auch in der U Bahn kann man zwar noch die Durchsage verstehen, stört aber überhaupt nicht. Technisch ist der Frequenzbereich wie auch bei teureren Geräten nicht anders. Mir gefällt der Ton sehr gut, es ist auch noch Bass zu hören. Für diesen Preis ein High Class In Ear. Danke an Bertron

Bought one of these 2-3 years ago and loved them. Good sound quality and they aren't lying about the tangle free cords. Eventually the right side started cutting out ( I assume a broken wire from countless times rolling into a ball and stuffing in my shirt pocket). Bottom line: even though the first set failed I liked them enough to buy another.
