Health risks of aluminium lined packaging
This review is not about the product itself, but about the aluminium based lined packaging. The following is a short summary from Medical Medium (Anthony Williams) books: Aluminium is a toxic heavy metal, along with other heavy metals such as mercury are the cause of Alzheimer’s, OCD, Parkinson's and many more mental health conditions. One can get exposure at a minuscule level even from touching aluminium foil, this enters the bloodstream and eventually finds its way to the brain where it interferes with the electrical pathways used by the brain to transmit messages. The more the exposure the greater the build-up. There are many other sources of toxic heavy metals: pesticides, pharmaceuticals, fish, water supply, chemtrails to name a few. There are other safer forms of packaging, please consider using an alternative

Very potent taste
I guess the product is good and fresh, but never tasted such potent kelp before, it's actually awful. Can't be added to a smoothie as it takes over completely and tastes like old pond water. But I'll do my best to glug it down the back of my throat with a small dash of water like a horrible medicine

Bought it for an additional supplement to mix in our cat food. Magical.

Good quality, but very strong flavour, so you kind of need to hide it in a strong flavoured food, but I would say best put with a fish dish as it does taste of the sea.

Funky taste
Has a funky taste so not for the faint hearted. I'd bought a more expensive kelp in capsule form which just had the taste of the sea but thought this would be more cost effective, which it is but the flavour is a challenge, especially since I put in food sometimes twice a day. However, its organic and cost effective.

It's a challenge
Great value, and obviously organic kelp is extremely healthy for you. However I would describe the kelp as smelling and tasting like a farmer just spread muck over the fields on a very warm summers day. It taints the taste of every smoothie I tried. Perhaps just my batch but if you don't like strong tastes it could be a challenge.
