I bought these for my wife for reasons you can read in her review after this preamble. I use probiotics and have done for years. I started when I used to get epic indigestion but figured that before I start down the path of doctors I'd see if helping my gut would make any difference. At the time - about ten years ago - most of the general views were that so called good gut bacteria products were a bit of a marketing con. Oddly it has since been shown by many, many studies that your gut bacteria does have a huge effect on your well-being and that taking care of the little critters is now seen to be a 'good thing.'I therefore use these biotics at home and away at work overseas. Because its often hard to get the yogurt types I use tablets which for me still seem to work. And because of this I recommended my wife try them after watching a BBC documentary about sleep. So here is my wife's review.Having recently watched a TV program on sleep, or mainly the lack of it, whereby probiotics and prebiotics were hailed as almost a miracle cure - I had to give them a try, and I have not been disappointed.I have always been a light sleeper, and would often wake, but never awake for long periods at night, until I started the dreaded menopause, sleep was something that was eluding me night after night, and nothing to do with hot flushes. I have been taking these tablets now for just over 3 months, one each evening (I find them easier to take on a full tummy) and the improvement on my sleep pattern is huge. I still wake or stir during the night, but that is usual for me and probably most people, but I am no longer laying awake for hours, waiting to drift off again.For anyone suffering with sleep problems, I would thoroughly recommend giving these a trial

I bought these after watching a BBC documentary on sleep which discussed research into the positive effect of prebiotics on insomnia. Having taken them for only a week, it is too early to report back on this. However, the effect of these pro + prebiotics on our digestive health has been almost miraculous. My younger daughter has been suffering from stomach aches at least twice daily for over a year. We cut out all sorts of foods to no avail and our GP thought she might have abdominal migraine. Within 24 hours of taking the first capsule the stomach aches just... stopped. One week later she hasn't had another. My elder daughter's chronic constipation has eased, too. I would definitely recommend these. They are a high quality product and I thought it was a nice touch that for every product sold, this company donates vitamins to a child for a year.

Product as described (as far as I can tell!) and delivery was swift. It's hard to give an informed rating on this product because I really have no idea if the tablets are helping in any way...I don't feel any different but I trust that they are doing good stuff to my insides.

These were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, I have had to stop taking them as they gave me terrible trapped wind. My stomach was constantly filled with wind - I would burp and feel better for a few seconds and then it seemed to fill back up again. One night the pain was so bad, I thought I was having a heart attack! They obviously don't agree with me, which is a shame as I still have loads left.

I've been suffering with IBS for a number of years and have tried most things to no avail, then I found these! I've been taking them for about a year now and they have massively reduced the severity of the symptoms. They are not a cure and do not completely alleviate the symptoms, but where I was before taking these tablets and where I am now are like night and day. I usually find one a day with my lunch is enough, but if I am feeling particularly dodgy, I may take another one or two during the course of the day.

We normally take Yakult but friend recommended a probiotic. Arrived very quickly after ordering and have only been taking them for a few days so it's hard to tell how they're performing. Fingers crossed they help with immune system and IBS. update 23/4/18 I am so pleased with this product i dont suffer from ibs at all now doesnt really aid my sleep tho

I bought these as I had heard prebiotics help aid sleep. I don't sleep well but also suffer with gastric wind which is one of the things that disturbs my sleep.i bought these about a month ago and have waited until now to write a review.my digestive system is significantly more settled and in particular the problems at night have disappeared! I wouldn't say that I now sleep all night every night but there has been a great improvement 😊 Money very well spent.

I use a steroid inhaler for my asthma and always end up getting thrush in my mouth and throat. I tried using the probiotic drinks but they didn't work. Since I've started using this product I've not had one case of thrush. It's also helped with my tummy bloating and I.B.S.
