My daughter brought this for me along with several pks of Manuka lozenges. Truthfully say it worked amazingly well on my cough and chest infection. Using this honey with lemon/ginger in a warm drink, three times a day soon cleared up my cough and infection. I did not take any medication as I believe in natural medicine. These drinks combined with plenty of Vitamin C and D helped ease my cough, sore throat and chest infection. My partner is now drinking manuka, lemon drinks when he saw how quickly I got over my symptoms. I now purchased another jar and cannot recommend it enough.
