OtterBox 77-55544 Symmetry Clear Case for iPhone 7 Plus/8 Plus - Stardust

This is for an iPhone X so not sure why they rate “finger print reader” but anyways I trust Otterbox with all my iPhone and iPads. It’s slime and not bulky very tight fit and gives excellent protection. But You do need to buy the screen protector separately (preferably glass)I have used it for a while from iPhone 5 and one comment is that it does yellow with age! If like me you buy the clear one. The black iPad defenders don’t yellow and colour hasn’t faded.And must buy if you want unquestioned protection

I have used this case with a screen protector and have never let it drop badly, the only times it has fallen would have been very occasionally slipping out of my hands, which I would say is not anything out of the ordinary for most people. Now I've discovered that the back screen is completely smashed and I don't even know how because like I said it has never had a substantial fall. Really disappointed in this product. If you're looking for protection for your phone, look elsewhere.

I love this case! It is so pretty and gives me reassurance that my phone is safe without having a great clunky case!I have dropped my phone accidentally more times than I count (more than once a day) and so far my phone is fine after months of use!My only issue is that the button areas tend to discolour over time due to the sunlight but the glittery area doesn’t. The back of the case is also quite scratched which I get will happen over time but does show up.Still I cannot fault otter box for their style and function!

Useless and gone baggy around the edges now. Offers no protection. Otter box are supposed to provide a warranty. Great! Amazon just direct me to their website. Otterbix website directs me back to otterbox. Cant email otterbox as you need a valid order number . The amazon one isn’t a valid order number . How on earth do you actually use your warranty if you buy anything from amazon ?

Bought two in the space of one year, a plain and a glittery. Both for the same phone. But disappointed with the built quality. Both got yellowed within few months and far bigger issue been, the case softened and ballooned exactly at the same spot i.e. at volume buttons (see photos).All in all poor quality, poor built and turns hello within no time. This time gone for a much cheaper brand and initial impressions are good.

Love this case looks so stylish on the phone

Lovely looking case, very attractive on.I have a black phone & the shimmery detail looks really pretty! It seems to cope well when dropped.. I have little boys who sneak off with my phone to play mine craft & watch Ryan’s toy review! As you can imagine it’s been dropped a fair few times & knocked off the side! 🤣 I would Deffo recommend this 100% 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Have used otter box before with no problems. However!Really disappointed in this case, dropped my phone from 1m when it slipped out of my hand, wasn't dropped with any force, screen shattered totally. Thought it was supposed to offer protection!
