In the Night Garden Musical Makka Pakka with Light-up Friends

My 2 year old daughter loves Makka Pakka so I had hoped this would be a comforting addition to her new 'big girls bed' and help make the transition easier, but I was a bit disappointed. The music is really loud (unfortunately there isn't a volume button like there is on most bedtime toys), and the music also only lasts a few seconds, meaning it needs to be pressed over and over again. Both these things keep her awake more than anything else! If I'd have known it wouldn't be a good toy to keep in bed with her, I definitely wouldn't have spent the money on it. Otherwise, the light up characters are really lovely and anything Makka Pakka related scores 10 out of 10 from my toddler - although she doesn't sleep with it, she still really likes it.

This was a total godsend for my little one going down at night. Became part of his nightly routine and really helped him get to sleep. A nice selection of tunes although only a couple of them long enough. Done the trick regardless.

My son loves it he sings along to the songs. Only wish the songs lasted a bit longer to let him fall asleep to the song instead of having to press the hand all the time.

Really good, my 1 year old loves it. Only problem is the music doesn't last very long at all.😔

His belly lights up and plays the theme tune,Not much to say about it, my toddler stared at it for all of about 20 seconds and then went back to playing with the empty box that it came in.

Grandson loves this and will pat the tummy to try and get pictures back

This is amazing! Stops my little one fighting sleep, relaxes him & nods off after playing it a few times. Couldn't recommend this item any more!
