Been used with a variety of gins lately, and the extremely smooth taste that it provides helps emphasise the flavours. Goes really well with any garnish you want to apply to good gin to enhance the flavours even further - rosemary with dry cranberries, or cucumbers, lemons or whoever takes your fancy. Didn’t think a tonic could make such a difference, but makes it hard to think about going back to Fever Tree, let alone Schweppes. Tried this tonic with Hendricks and it didn't have the same wow factor. To an extent it dampened some of Hendricks gorgeous juniper flavours.
