From the word go this has been a great buy. The company rang and told me the delivery day they had in mind. Once I’d confirmed that worked for us I was told they’d ring the day before with a 3 hour delivery slot and the driver would ring on the day, 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. This all happened like clockwork and the bed came in 3 long, very heavy boxes, which they unloaded carefully. It took us several hours to assemble but this would have been quicker without 2 children ‘helping’! My husband did most of it and he said it was very straightforward to assemble. Now up, they look really smart and seem very sturdy. The only problem we encountered was that the steel support struts for the top bunk had a screw hole directly under where one of the slats was meant to screw in, so we had to leave that slat loose. Overall though we are really happy and the kids love their new beds. The youngest even went back to bed this morning after coming in to see us at 6am, which is a first!

I have had my eye on these bunkbeds for a few month. I researched alot of different ones but always came back to these so i worringly placed my order. Having not seen these in the flesh i was worried. They arrived promptly well packaged and not damanged. No missing bits. I have to admit some bits were a 2 man job but very easy as it was all allen key - even the slats for the bed which make it very sturdy. I was very impressed once it was built. Very strong sturdy beds which will last years! The kids have been in them about 3weeks now and have proved very popular. They love the shelves to store their bits on. If your in 2 minds about these beds i can assure you - you wont be disappointed.

It arrived in separate boxes I am not a lover of building complicated things, but this was all numbered very easy to follow.The quality was fantastic the look is amazing. I brought it to go in my grandsons room. Well worth every penny he is heaven and loves it.

Arrived on delivery date. Driver who delivered the beds was really nice and helpful, and took intrest and time talk to my very talkative two year old son. Putting the beds together takes about 2 hours but the instructions are very straight forward and easy to follow. The bunk beds are fantastic quality and very steardy. I'm over the moon with the bunk beds and service I recieved. Thank you.

We bought this item from Amazon hoping that is good quality product.Once arrived we started to mount it together and found that most fitting are in cheap quality and once put it all together, one of children started using the step to go to the top part, the step broke from the bottom and we got worried to have them sleep on this bed.So we contact the seller regarding the condition, they replied by saying it was our fault and we should have notified them of any fault prior mounting the bed.I was absolutely chocked and surprised as to how would we know this until we put it together and start using it!!!We have asked for refund and they refused and said it was our fault. So I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this particular company. Their products not up to standard and I would advice Amazon not to use them as a partner.

Bed is not bad but assembling is nightmare.

Timely delivery at agreed date. I was well informed about every step of delivery. A bit time taking to assemble but it looks good and spacious once complete.
