Disappointed
This was a really disappointing purchase for many reasons. I'm giving the bra itself a neutral (3-star) review because some of the problems were due to the international seller, and that shouldn't reflect badly on the product itself.First problem: I purchased from Clara-Olivia. They are based in England. As others have noted, this a potential problem for returns/exchanges. I didn't anticipate a problem, as I already own the bra, and was ordering a replacement for a size that I owned. Clara-Olivia tried to "translate" the size into "American" sizes, and sent a bra with the correct band, but the cup was a size too large. This confused me, because my order form very clearly stated the correct size, but the bra I received had a larger cup.I contacted Clara-Olivia and they very kindly offered to send a replacement, and told me to not worry about returning the bra. The second bra that they sent had a cup size SMALLER than the one I ordered! At this point, honestly, I gave up (real life got in the way, and I didn't have time to chase down international bra suppliers!).The great disappointment here was that I knew exactly what size I needed. I was ordering based on a bra that I already owned, in the exact same style! And, yet, I couldn't seem to get the seller to send me a bra that had a label with the size I was requested. This is crazy to me, and I'm now only purchasing bras online from stores with a local presence for returns (Nordstroms, Kohls, for example). As I said, that is really an issue with the seller, and I'm NOT deleting stars from the bra review for that. I only mention it to caution others, because, for some reason, there is no longer an option for me to review the seller (why Amazon?!). I don't know why that option has disappeared! The bra itself seems like something has changed. The last one I purchased was several years ago, and the new one seems to be patterned differently. I found that, because of weight gain, I needed a "bra extended" to get the bra on (which ironically actually made the larger cup size fit pretty well). But, when I put it on, I was a bit... surprised. My previous iteration of this bra fit well, was comfortable, kept everything in place while I exercised, and created a fairly normal looking silhouette. The current version makes me look very... *pointed*. Extremely pointed. In a rather unflattering way. I'm not sure if the pattern changed, or if Freya just sized up the pattern in a bad way (since this is a larger size than I wore previously), but it's really kind of obnoxious looking. So, I spent about $50 for two bras that don't fit, and when I find a way to make one fit, are pretty unflattering. And, because the seller is overseas, there's no easy way to return. I guess I've learned my lesson. Hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistakes and disappointment.

I Only Buy This Sports Bra (and I've bought it about ten times)
After having bought at least ten of these over the last few years and shilling them to literally every person I've spoken to, I'm finally going to write a review. This bra is legit. This isn't a sports bra, this is an *athletes'* bra. If you get this bra in the proper size, then you won't be able to wear it all day. It will dig in. It will start to leave marks. And this isn't a lounge bra. It's go a job to do. Just like you wouldn't be comfortable lounging around in a pair of tight compression leggings, or knee sleeves, or a powerlifting belt, you probably won't be comfortable wearing this for too long. And just like those compression leggings are tight af when you put them on at first, this bra is going to squeeze. It's not engineered for comfort. It's engineered for high-intensity exercise. And this bra does that job incredibly. If you want to know what it would be like to run without having boobs at all--this is what you need.A couple other things:1. bra runs very true to size. I'm 28.5'' ribcage, 33''-34'' chest, and I get a 28E in black (black clothes tend to be smaller/less elastic). It will be extremely tight when you get it. It will loosen if you sweat in it. If you are planning on wearing it as your daily bra, probably size up at least one, if not two, band sizes or whatever. idk. I have no idea why anyone would purchase this to wear daily. It's not meant for that.2. If you exercise consistently, say, 5+ times a week, you'll have to replace your sports bra about 2-3 times a year. I work out 6-7 days a week, and get a new sports bra every time i get new running shoes, and I retire the oldest one at that time, too. That's just how athletic wear like this functions. Some of the reviews on here are saying that the sports bra underwire is poking out after 4 months--that sounds about right. This is a function of sweat and high intensity use, not the make of the bra. Those extra clasps in the back aren't just so you can tighten the bra as it stretches--it's so you can get the perfect fit.3. The underwires are huge. I'm 4'11.5'' and the breastplate comes like 4 fingers below my collarbones, practically, and the edge of the underwire hits me mid-side. This keeps the underwires from digging in.4. Yeah, it makes your boobs look bad. That's because this is a bra with a very specific job: make you not notice your boobs while you exercise. If you are concerned with how your boobs will look on a run, this isn't the bra for you. If you are concerned with how your boobs will look in this thing when you aren't exercising, see my point above about this being a bra meant for athletic activity.5. Make sure the clasps aren't touching your skin when the bra is on (they will chafe) (this is true of all clasp-style sports bras).6. If you leave this bra on longer than your workout, it's going to chafe. That's because it's a bra meant for exercising, not lounging.

Band is really small
Overall, the bra is well constructed of nice materials. It’s just that the band is really small and there’s almost no stretch to it. I wear a US 32K and barely was able to clasp it with it turned so the closure was in front and it was so tight that I could not turn it around to finish putting it on. Luckily I had band extenders on hand, which I used to actually be able to wear it for the day. The center of the bra also didn’t quite touch my sternum, so the cups are obviously a little small, too.I’ll keep it, since the extender makes it wearable and I hate mucking with returns, but would definitely go up a band size if I had it to buy again.

Underrated bra, works for everyday as well as sports
This bra was a nice bargain for a hard to find size! I found it fit true to size compared to other Freya/Fantasie bras. I think it is getting a bad rap from other reviewers, it is well constructed and if your underwires pop out before your bra wears out in the elastic that is a classic sign of a bad fit. It has good support and is good for light sports like yoga, things where high compression is not needed. (I would not go horseback riding in it.)I find that the neckline is low enough that I can get away with it under some lower neck tops, and it comes in beige, many sports bras do not. The seam across the cups is aggressive and will show through tees though, so for an everyday bra, it comes down to what you are comfortable with.

Pretty good bra, but not the best around
I exercise nearly every day and don't wash bras everyday (and never in the machine, as I've killed a washing machine in the past with an errant underwire) so I need a collection. My usual sports bras are Panache Underwired Sport, which are excellent, but pricey (and for some reason seem to have less variety in colours than they used to) - this Freya bra was considerably cheaper, so I tried it.My size for everyday bras is generally 30HH and this bra seems to be sized properly. It's got a bit of a pointy shape, but that's not a problem. It doesn't have a J-clip (a fastener on the straps to hook them together over the shoulder blades) and it turns out that is a problem for me. The support from a bra should mostly come from a tightly fitting band - only a small proportion comes from the straps. But when your breasts are heavy and you're moving quickly, every bit of support helps. The missing option of 'racer-back' style straps left me feeling uncomfortable as soon as I started to run. The breast movement wasn't extreme, but I'm used to considerably less. The cups are thinner than the foam-padded Panache sport ones - this could be an advantage, as they will not soak up sweat and chill you with it as soon as you stop moving, and because I know some people are desperate not to look even a half-centimetre more busty than they already are. But I'm mostly concerned with holding these things still so I'm going to have to keep this bra for less strenuous activity.

Unlined, quality material, still have bounce.
When buying this, for some reason I did not register that this was an unlined bra. I don't get the exact shape as the model in the photo either, and its more a deep grey then the shiny look on the photo. The material is very comfortable, and the wire feels strong and wide enough. The gore is somewhat high and does not lay flat (only at the bottom, and definitely not at the top). I am not sure if that is just this particular style or if that's the case in most full figure sport bras. The cups don't allow for full projection as a regular bra, but it is still very comfortable. The band is wide and not very stretchy, I have to breathe in to get into the biggest of the 3 rows of 4 clips, but I feel secure and supported. However, I still get bounce in this bra, which I feel is because the cups themselves aren't stretchy or have a pad in them. I prefer having at least a light padding in sport bras. This feels comfortable enough to wear daily, and i feel that it would encourage good posture in me, as I have to breath in to put it on. It is definitely not a stylish bra and won't give a nice round/projected shape, but it is utilitarian.
