Thank you thank you thank you! I suffer from IBS-D and was so fed up with daily symptoms until I started taking these. I’ve only been taking them a week and from the 2nd day my toilet trips reduced and things are much better. I’m so glad I found these. Only downside is some spots have broken out on my face which I never suffered with before, but hey, I’d rather that then the constant torture of IBS symptoms. The pills are quite larger so be prepared for that.

I purchased these to make cultured coconut/soya milk yogurt and nut cheeses. I have struggled to make rejuvelac so I was looking for another way to get the probiotic. I choose these capsules as minimum heat is required to active the bacteria. They activated without a problem and I was able to use a spoonful from the first batch to make a second portion. My coconut yoghurt had a nice fizzy taste and improved with over the days. I did take one capsule and it was easy to swallow.

I started taking these because I live in a tropical country where people really struggle with gut-related pain and illnesses. I spent about a year where serious gut pain would come and go and would leave me bedridden in the fetal position. Since I've started taking these pills consistently over the past 6 months, I have not had any of the same pains. Will continue to purchase and consume regularly to maintain my gut health.

Used these for years. I used to be on antibiotics for acne which never worked. The day I took these I even felt instantly better and they helped to cut my acne down by 50% the next day.

I bought these as I found I was getting quite a lot of excess gas and bloating after starting on a vegan diet. I had also been on a course of antibiotics, so I thought these would help. Whilst the product was quick to arrive and was exactly as expected, it didn't help with the gas & bloating unfortunately, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars.

I suffer from IBS and this seems to help. i notice the diffrence if I skip a week or so. So for me at least, it is a thumbs up 👍.

I am not sure if this product actually work since I didn't notice any change and it didn't make me feel better.

Took these for a month felt no benefit felt no different. Not sure it was worth it but who knows?
